The property is very dated and parking is complicated (reserved five days and then it was reduced to three nights and parking was off site and far). Amenities were not convenient. Location is great.

Communication through texting was not the greatest. Blinds in two rooms did not work. We had a message that maintenance would come to repair as other rooms could look into our rooms with blinds open and lights in at night. They never showed up. Next day called again and it was not confirmed that maintenance was ever notified. We made the best jf the circumstance, but I feel like it was poor communication. Location was beautiful and room was great except for blind and no screen on bathroom window. Would stay again.

The room was good. The location is great. The check-in process was not good. If check-in is going to be delayed, the host should communicate that. No issues with the room but the elevators in the facility were constantly malfunctioning.

Absolutely wonderful. Condo was beautiful and views were spectacular. Will definitely be back.

Brought my elderly mom here for her birthday. She loved it and so did my kids. Condo had everything we needed and very easy access to downtown, hiking, restaurants and shopping!!!

Great Location

Very clean property. It was a great property with a toddler (everything on 1 floor, no stairs within unit, and light blocking curtains in all rooms for nap time). Great location, walking distance to Main Street. Wonderful views and balconies on all rooms. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.

We LOVED this place! It was clean, updated, had everything we needed, and located in a perfect location for shopping and enjoying the downtown area. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, and recreation area located in the building we stayed in. This is our favorite place we have stayed and we will definitely stay here again next year as we visit Breckenridge each year!!

Incredible location!

Stayed during the week just before the summer season. If all your activities are in Breckenridge, you won't need a car as most things are within walking distance of your villa. Great views and ample space. We had extended family over for dinner one night, and even with 18 people, there was plenty of room.

Beautiful View

Beautiful view and spacious condo. The kitchen was nice and big and updated. The bathrooms were clean, but could use some updating, and the walls were very thin as we could hear everything the people above us were doing.

Beautiful views of the peaks and pond and great location close to everything downstairs. The negative was could literally hear everything the people upstairs did whether it was moving chairs or going to the bathroom.

Excellent!

We stayed in this well equipped and lovely condo for our daughter's wedding week in Breckenridge. It has wonderful views from two spacious balconies, a perfect location in Breckenridge, and is part of the Village at Breckenridge with it's fabulous staff. The property management company Ski Colorado Vacation Rentals couldn't have been nicer and more helpful.

Great Location

We love village at Breckenridge! this is our second year staying here and this condo was in much better condition and more space than our last condo. I think my only request for the price would be to have a King bed in the primary suite. We know it was a queen when we booked it and still have a fabulous stay. But for the price, the King would be a tight fit, but much better for the price!
