Very Nice 3 Br And 3 Bath Florida Home 1 1/2 Mile From Jupiter Island Beach

This spacious home has 3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, Formal Living Room, Family Room, Florida Room, Laundry Room (with a washer and dryer), eat in kitchen and a 2 car garage. It is complete with furnishing, dishes, bath towels, bed linens, blankets, and pillows etc. Everything you need for a great Florida vacation.

In addition to the above the house has cable TV, WIFI, a computer, radio, video player, alarm clocks (if you need them).

The property is located a mile and half from Jupiter Island, 7 miles from Stuart, less than 30 miles from West Palm Beach, and with in two and half hours drive from Disney World in Orlando.

You can drive or fly to Florida. If you fly,flights are available to either Fort Lauderdale, or West Palm Beach. You can rent a car at the airport or at local car rental locations.

The property is clean and well maintained. The yard is approximately a half of acre. There is plenty of room for some outside yard activities.

Golfing is available in several communities with some professional golf courses close by. If you like to fish, you can surf fish or go Deep Sea Fishing in Stuart, Jupiter, or West Palm Beach. Private fishing guides are just a phone call away.

Several public beaches with life guards are close by. In fact the beach is only a 10 to 15 minute walk if you are into walking.

If you like to shop there are plenty of shopping centers with in minutes of the house.

Spring Training Stay

This was one of our nicest places to stay. Nicely appointed with cookwear, dishes etc. Close enough to grocery a couple of grocery stores yet very just a very short drive to a wonderful beach. 3 bathrooms worked out great for our group. Great neighborhood, very quiet and safe.

Quiet neighborhood, short drive to beach

Well kept, clean, spacious home in quiet neighborhood. It's a nice area for walking, but not very practical to walk to beach or restaurants. Limited parking at Hobe Sound public beach, but very pretty if you can get a spot. Some nice restaurants in Hobe Sound; Jupiter and Stuart are close by as well. It was our first time to this area and we plan to come back!

The house was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood with virtually no traffic because it’s on a dead end street. The house was very clean, well appointed with plenty of room including a very nice glassed porch area. The yard was well manicured. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall the house was one of the best VRBO houses I’ve stayed in. I would highly recommend it to other vacation renters.

The home was very well appointed. Everything you could possibly need was available including sunscreen, laundry detergent, coffee and first aid supplies just to name a few. The house is laid out in a way to allow people to spread out and enjoy their own space. We stayed there while visiting family and definitely will stay again next time we are in the area.

Jerry and Teresa Alexander are the property owners. We live in Anderson, Indiana.
Jerry is a Wesleyan pastor and Real Estate Investor, owning properties in mostly Madison County, Indiana. Teresa supports Jerry in the church and works at a Physical Therapy Facility in Anderson.

We have been married since 1974, have 2 adult married children and 13 grand children, soon to be 14.

Why they chose this property

The property was inherited from Teresa's parents, Gilbert and Naomi Eggman. Her dad and mom died within the last 4 years. We have chosen to keep the house because we like the idea of getting away for a few days or a couple weeks in Florida. We hope to be frequent visitors to the Florida house after we retire.

What makes this property unique

This house is situated in a very quiet and friendly neighborhood. You will be in a small community on S E Alabama Place in the small community of Hobe Sound, Florida. People are friendly, they will like you and you will like them. In fact once you have been there you will want to return over and over again.
