This condo is also easily accessible to grocery and restaurants, including Publix and CVS. With a location close to shopping and entertainment, the Village Condo is only minutes from the movie theater and shopping complexes.

This condo measures approximately 2000 sqft of living space, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The home is equipped with high-speed internet service, Smart TVs, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and marina access with optional pontoon boat rental (Lake Club Marina).

The home is Handicap accessible, including an elevator.
