Right in the heart of all things fun! Spacious rooms, fully stocked kitchen including 3 different types of coffee makers, an air fryer, Crockpot and Instant pot, dishwasher, washer and dryer and fun game room, not to mention the hot tub and soaker tubs in 3 of the bedrooms. Beautiful quiet area.

This property was perfect for our group. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was well stocked with everything that we could possibly need. If you want a home that is close to all the activities that are available, this listing is the one for you.

The cabin was extremely clean! Loved the amount of rooms and how each had a bathroom. They had all of the amenities we needed. The cabin is a very short drive to the Parkway, activities, restaurants, etc.

It wasn't that great. It wasn't that clean my niece found band aide and candy in her bed and my son and nephew got bit by ants there were ants in our cabin and my nephew had a balloon in his ceiling fan in his room. And they lefted the floors wet and the cleaners got there late.

These guests are not being truthful. They reported a list of issues during their stay. When asked for evidence, they would not provide any. We did send them pest control after their complaints and we have an inspection report from pest control company that clearly shows there were no biting ants. The guests did ask for refunds which we declined due to lack of evidence. They left a 2 star review as retaliation.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the house comfortable and very conveniently located.What We LovedThe location was excellent—close to all the attractions and very convenient for everything we wanted to do. We especially loved that there were plenty of bathrooms and that each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was wonderful for our group. The king-size beds were a big plus, and we particularly loved the comfortable memory-foam mattress in the upstairs bedroom.The house itself was cozy and had plenty of room for everyone. Overall, it was a comfortable place to stay and a great home base for our trip.Suggestions for ImprovementThere are a few things that could make the stay even better:We ran short on toilet paper and dishwasher detergent and would have appreciated more supplies.The first-floor bed was somewhat lumpy and could use a mattress upgrade.The first-floor bedroom did not have a dresser, making it difficult to unpack and put clothing away.In the upstairs bedroom on the right, the dresser drawers slide out very easily and could potentially fall onto someone's foot. These should be secured or adjusted.The showers/bathtubs would benefit from non-slip surfaces and grab bars for added safety, especially for older guests.It would be nice to have extra blankets, or at least one blanket per bed in every room. The bunk room was quite cold, and there was no way to close the vents.The TV situation was a little disappointing since there was no satellite or cable.

The only down side was that the air conditioning was messed up and it got really hot during the first evening and night. We kept adjusting the thermostat but nothing was working. The next day I messaged Max and he got it fixed quickly. It was an absolutely beautiful cabin and conveniently located near everything we needed.
