Annual Getaway

This property was amazing in amenities and location to the beach and shopping and dining! Absolutely no complaints and an amazing house which led to an amazing vacation!

Summer family fun

Nice to have own pool and hot tub, kitchen well appointed with plenty of appliances. Short walk to beach and community pool with tennis courts. Very nice community pool. Some light bulbs were out, some sheets dirty, some pillows need replaced, floors could be cleaner, didn’t bother to straighten lamp shades. Overall good house, location and amenities.

Exceptional!

We were very impressed by the quality, convenience, and cleanliness of Pelican’s Perch! The pool and proximity to the beach allowed us to thoroughly enjoy a hot week in July with our family. Great views and comfortable for all of us! This provided such a welcome way to quarantine away from home with our family!
