The condo was very clean, and the grounds were beautiful. The pool was very clean and in a great location on the marina. Mac's is just down the road, and we really enjoyed the dinner snack and live music right on the marina. The condo is not near much else; however, I knew that when I booked it. The contact for the rental were very responsive and extremely helpful.

We rented Suite 1- Very clean, host provided 2 portable fans upon request- 1 for ea bedroom. Walls & doors were thick so no snoring could be heard :) Pool was refreshing, location walkable to everything (although renting bikes was convenient & easy). Complimentary laundry was much appreciated. Bring good bug repellent for sitting on deck outside- NoSeeUms were vicious & stealth! Overall, would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was nicely decorated, clean, and in a good location for us. It came with all the necessities like linens and even beach towels. It had a lovely, private porch. The only odd thing to me about it was the lack of closets. There are none. There is a short little closet rod in the hallway, but no hangers were provided. Perhaps with the lack of closets, more hooks should be hung on the walls and on the back of both doors. Other than that minor issue, the place was perfect and I would totally stay here again. We loved it.

Fantastic location

This was our fourth trip to KW and this was by far the best location. Close enough to all the fun on Duval, but far enough away from the noise and traffic of Duval! Nice to be able to sit by the water and enjoy the view. The check in and out process was seamless. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Highly Recommend

The marina view was beautiful. The amenities offered are everything you could need to enjoy your stay. Management was prompt and informative with any questions I had. The pool is heated and located right in front of the marina. The unit was very clean and the property was not too far but far enough away from the major tourist attractions.

Perfect location

We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute! The condo is clean and recently updated with new appliances. However, there is only 1 tiny broom closet and the area rug in the living room is stained and should be replaced. It is conveniently located close to the downtown section, beaches, entertainment and restaurants. It is quiet and the pool was warm and clean. We would definitely stay here again.
