Age and Occupancy Requirements: Booking tenant must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the property for the entire duration of the booking. Furthermore, this property is exclusively available as a vacation rental and is not available for worker housing.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited within the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests, please refrain from smoking indoors.

Pets Policy: Pets are not permitted for guest bookings less than 30 days per the HOA. For guest bookings 30 days or more, dogs weighing 25 lbs or less will be considered with the payment of a pet fee of $15 per night and registration of the dog through our third-party pet screening service, which incurs a $20 fee. Please note that all guests bringing a dog must complete the registration process with our third-party pet screening service, and a link will be provided after booking.

Mandatory Mid-Stay Cleaning: A mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required for all bookings 30 nights and longer to uphold the quality and cleanliness of the property.

Cocktails & Dreams

Cocktails & Dreams is the perfect location in Old Town Key West. It is close to everything but still very quiet. It is an updated 2 bedroom and one bath condo with two porches so you can enjoy the sun or find some shade. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked it for next year. You won't go wrong by choosing this location.

Place was so conveniently located we didn’t even need a bike. All the appliances to make stay easy, clean and bright!

A much needed relaxation=Success!!

This property was exactly what we needed! Beautiful, bright with everything that you'd could ask for. It was close to everything! We rented a jeep, but only need a golf cart and/or the bikes. The two at the house were great! My boys loved venturing out solo checking out the keys! 2 more would've been perfect then they never would've gotten away from this pesky Mama! The owners are fabulous! I had an issue with my keycode getting in upon arrival and they reached out ASAP to get us in. We had driven in from Miami after a flight from VA and we were so tired. It was taken care of right away! I would definitely recommend and would LOVE TO RETURN as soon as possible. I think tears were shed because we had to leave. My only glitch was the master bed. My husband has back issues from the military and it was like the bed was missing slats. Like a hole in the middle. We both sunk in during the night. I hate to even mention it because everything else was fabulous. Ps, when checkout is at 10am, they mean it. The girls came right on in at 9:30!lol They left when they saw we were still there.

Wouldn't recommend for seniors because of stairs. No TV instructions. Had to have manager come a few times to help. Manager accessible and quick to respond.

Excellent Location - Very Clean Facility

Excellent location to the action in Key West, plus a reasonable walk to KW beaches, etc. The condo has all the trappings to make it a great home-away-from-home. A modern and very clean facility.
