Wonderfully decorated and spacious this four bedroom home features two king size suites on the lower level as well as an open living/dining and kitchen combination. Wide porch and screened in area on the Oceanside make a perfect place to relax and enjoy the perfect South Carolina weather. Upstairs guests will find two additional bedrooms with private bathrooms and an additional living room with balcony overlooking the beach. Wifi, cable, keurig, tea kettle, elevator, garage and much more! DeBordieu is truly one of the best kept secrets of The Grand Strand place where families vacation to get away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy this gem for a week, a month or a long weekend!

This house was declared to be our favorite!! The location right on the beach was perfect, the house itself was just lovely, it was furnished beautifully with plenty of room to relax and bedroom space was more than adequate for our group. The kitchen was stocked with everything a cook would need. We felt so at home! We would love to return!

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful oceanfront home within Debordieu Plantation overlooking a private beach for miles ~ well equipped luxury home to enjoy during your vacation. Easy check in and communication with the realty company. We enjoyed the bicycle rentals along with chairs and cornhole boards during the stay. The elevator is a nice amenity to use also.

Let it rain!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had unfortunate timing with the weather. In spite of torrential rain and wind, our family had a great time. High Cotton is such a wonderful beach house. We should know, we basically spent the entire time inside! From the view to the layout of the common areas to the comfort and privacy of the bedrooms, we couldn't have asked for more. It also had the best equipped kitchen we've ever seen. We'll be back - hopefully with some sunshine next time!

Walking was perfect and I have never been to an Atlantic beach with sooo many shells. I am hoping to return in the fall and again for a springtime week!!
