Stay just one block from the lifts at Snow Summit Resort at Ski Time Getaway, a freshly renovated three-level mountain condo designed for easy year-round Big Bear adventures. Walk to the slopes for skiing and snowboarding, return home for cozy fireside evenings, and enjoy convenient access to Big Bear Lake, The Village, Alpine Zoo, and other local attractions—all while accommodating up to eight guests. Step inside the updated living room, where hardwood floors, knotty pine accents, and large windows create a bright and inviting mountain atmosphere. Stretch out together on the oversized sectional, warm up beside the gas faux-log fireplace, or settle in for a movie on the flat-screen TV with cable. High-speed Wi-Fi is also provided throughout your stay.

The open dining and kitchen areas make it easy for everyone to gather together. A custom dining table and breakfast bar provide plenty of seating, while the fully equipped modern kitchen includes cookware, utensils, appliances, and a dishwasher for convenient meals and cleanup. A separate washer and dryer are especially useful after snowy days on the mountain or during longer stays. A 3/4 hallway bathroom with shower is also conveniently located on the entry level.

Head upstairs to the second level, where two comfortable bedrooms each feature a queen bed and Smart TV. A full hallway bathroom serves this floor. Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
