The condo was clean, spacious, and nicely appointed. We enjoyed sitting on the patio with views of the changing leaves and walking the leisure trail around the lake. Keowee Key was close to both Clemson and surrounding state parks. I will stay again!

We enjoyed our stay and the property manager was helpful and prompt in response. The pool and marina clean, relaxing, with courteous staff. The condo is clean and spacious. Bathrooms updated. Beds and bedding comfortable and clean. The kitchen has not been updated but we did not cook on this trip.

Great place to stay

I enjoyed my stay with my family very much. Will book again next time I need to travel to South Carolina. Both Toni and the security guard where great and helpful. Didn’t have any issues but access pass didn’t work on 2nd day after hours. If that happen just the call patrol option for after hours. They where able to open the gate. Thank you for the great stay!

Great property

The condo was great. Really clean, every picture is accurate. Keowee key is a fantastic resort. Paved walking trails up a little mountain, paved trails around the cove, I loved it. I didn’t use them but the pools and gym looked really nice and the gold course looked in great shape. Toni answers extremely fast with any questions that you have and does everything so you really have nothing to worry about. Would definitely stay here again

Not what I thought

The pictures showed a large sectional and a fireplace. When we arrived there was no large sectional and their was a zip tie on the fireplace. On the second day we ran the dishwasher and didn't have any hot water for showers or the jacuzzi tub after that.

Hi Jennifer, we take guest feedback seriously and passed your comments on to the homeowner who would like to share the following: - The sectional previously featured in our listing was replaced due to wear and tear, prompting the need for a replacement. - Evolve here, we sincerely apologize for the oversight in displaying both the old sectional and the new seating arrangement when you booked your stay. The homeowner requested the removal of the outdated photos from the listing, and unfortunately, we failed to promptly address this. The listing has now been updated to accurately showcase the current furniture in the home. This discrepancy does not reflect the owner or property, and Evolve takes full responsibility. - Our listing explicitly mentions that the HOA prohibits the use of the fireplace, hence the presence of a zip tie. We do not advertise the fireplace as an amenity to ensure guests are aware of its restricted status. Additional clarifications have been included in the listing to prevent any future confusion for travelers. - You notified us on the morning of your checkout about the hot water issue. We had recently replaced the water heater just two weeks before your stay, and upon investigation, we found that the breaker had tripped. This has been promptly fixed, and the hot water is now functioning as intended. - We encourage guests to promptly reach out to us upon encountering any issues. Had you informed us about the hot water problem before your checkout, we would have taken immediate action to resolve it while you were still in residence. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

While the condo is quite nice - new flooring, sofas and a redone master bathroom, the kitchen faucet gives you a shower every time you turn it on. Quite annoying. However, we had an issue with the dates when we booked. We sent an email to the Guest Manager Toni Chapman, and never got a response. For that I would never do an Evolve VRBO again. Why she didn't respopnd is beyond us.

The condo was clean and well laid out. It was comfortable and convenient to stay in. We loved the path through the community with its beaches and covered spots to stop. It was too hot for us to avail ourselves to boating opportunities, however. The owner was very responsive to any questions. Overall, our stay was relaxing. Just what we were looking for.

Great property on a beautiful setting. Close parking, well-equipped kitchen, nice space in living and sleeping areas.

More than enough room for the three people we had staying. We cooked most meals in and kitchen had everything we needed. You may need to purchase some consumables like aluminum foil or plastic wrap/bags and trash bags but everything else is great. Nicely appointed spaces. If we need something again in this area we’ll look no further
