We had a great week at this beautiful lakehouse! We were 2 adults, 4 kids ages 3-13 and a dog and we were very comfortable!Lucia responded to our questions within minutes!Would definitely recommend for a relaxing family getaway!

Peaceful stay on the lake

Wonderful stay at Whitewater upstairs- a beautiful, quiet location yet less than 30 minutes to Clemson. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, and we loved all of the water toys. The dock and steps down to the lake were a highlight- perfect for relaxing and enjoying the lake. Clear check-in, check-out instructions! We plan to visit again!

Host were very nice, responded to messages in time. Place amenities were good, but needs improvement. Like extra sheets, more dish liquid soap, more kitchen pans and good conditions.
Our dog, loved the place.
We enjoyed the bonfire with the beautiful view!!

Thank you so much for the 5 star review!! I went back to personally examine the details of your review while being in the house to ensure I could address everything. There was a bowl full of dishwasher pods under the sink. Along with that, there was Dawn dishspray as well as more conventional manual dish soap. Maybe you did not see this, but we try to make it evident directly under the sink. Please ask next time if you cannot find it. We can leave more sheets, but we also like to make sure our guests will not bring extra guests that are not listed. We would have given you extra sheets if asked for them ahead of time, but otherwise, they also could have been removed from the bed and moved to a preferred location. There are always lots of extra blankets in the living room since I believe everyone sitting on the couch should have the comfort of a good snuggle. Lastly, we have had two families, including our own, host Thanksgiving in this kitchen. While we do not have every nuanced pot or pan that all of our guests may want, we do know that we ourselves were able to host comfortably for a large group of people. We are glad you had a great time, and we welcome you back anytime!
