This end unit 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has two covered carport parking spaces just steps away from your private patio and front door. The living room features a comfy sofa and lounger, plus an HDTV and DVD player. The adjacent dining area seats 4 plus the breakfast bar right next to it. And you'll enjoy your own private patio for al fresco grilling and dining. And of course the kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you'll need for your extended stay. There is even wet bar in the living room for preparing cocktails! No cats are allowed.

The master bedroom offers a king size bed, private bathroom with step in shower and newly installed HDTV. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and an HDTV. And there is a third bedroom for guests, with 2 twin size beds. Directly across the hall is the guest bathroom. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit, in the hall closet.

Completely gated and spread out generously on its acreage, Mountain View Villas offers more than just views. The landscaped grounds and many amenities will make you feel like you're staying at country club but at a fraction of the price. The only thing missing here is you!

Mountain View Villas in April

Unit needs some upgrades. Carpet in the bathroom doesn't cut it, nor does children's height toilets. Furnishings/ kitchen equipment are OK. Subdivision is very dog-friendly, neighbors are welcoming, location is convenient. Dust storms/high winds are an issue in the valley at this time of the year, but this unit is much better in that manner than some in Palm Desert that we have stayed at.

A reprieve from winter

We loved the location and the property! The grounds and pool areas are fantastic! The condo is nice home away from home, there could be a few updates made to the kitchen but overall we loved our stay and are coming back longer next year!!

Very dated and neglected

The propety was very dated and needed serious upgrading, especially for what they charge. Check in was a bit lame and confusing, with very little info on the condo. They unit was dirty and neglected. Windows were so dirty, you could hardly see out of them. Window screens also filthy, with dirt and cobb webs. Unit smelled stale. Living area very uncomfortable with seating for 3. Keys did not open patio gate, and rental agency knew nothing about that issue. Entry gate/unit phone set up did not work, so had to walk or drive to let company in. Site manager or residence jumped all over my son, when he dropped us off, because he had his RV with him and was told he could not park it over night. Tennis courts needed serious repair. We WILL NOT stay here again.
