This end unit 3 bedroom 2 bathroom has two covered carport parking spaces just steps away from your private patio and front door. The living room features a comfy sofa and lounger, plus an HDTV and DVD player. The adjacent dining area seats 4 plus the breakfast bar right next to it. And you'll enjoy your own private patio for al fresco grilling and dining. And of course the kitchen is fully stocked with all the tools you'll need for your extended stay. There is even wet bar in the living room for preparing cocktails! No cats are allowed.
The master bedroom offers a king size bed, private bathroom with step in shower and newly installed HDTV. The guest bedroom has a full size bed and an HDTV. And there is a third bedroom for guests, with 2 twin size beds. Directly across the hall is the guest bathroom. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit, in the hall closet.
Completely gated and spread out generously on its acreage, Mountain View Villas offers more than just views. The landscaped grounds and many amenities will make you feel like you're staying at country club but at a fraction of the price. The only thing missing here is you!
