This newly remodeled condo is an outstanding vacation value. It's located in Mission Hills Country Club in Rancho Mirage. Mission Hills is a private, gated community. Great choice for short getaway to desert or a longer stay for the "snowbirds". This is a 2-bedroom 2.5-bath 2 story 1624 sqft condo, faces the 17th Green of the LPGA Championship Golf Course. It has 2 large bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathrooms. Master bedroom has a cal-king size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds. The 1/2 bath is located off the downstairs entry. It has open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer/drier , microwave etc. Living room has a flat screen TV and internet Wi-Fi. Patio is furnished for outdoor dining and complete with gas BBQ. Pool and the spa are short walk.
Mission Hills Country Club is near everything, minutes from Aqua Caliente Casino Resort Spa, shops at El Paseo and downtown Palm Springs. From Palm Springs to Indian Wells you are in the center of everything.
