Our family loves this property. The sunsets were amazing. It had the perfect set up and so many activities for our 17, and two 24 year olds. The owners were so nice and helpful. It was great having them across the street. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely fantastic location and house! Our family had a wonderful vacation in Marathon and loved our stay. The house has everything you could possibly need for a great, relaxing time. We will definitely be back for another visit!

This property has everything you could want for in a vacation rental. The house is clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the pool and spa are great. The grounds and wildlife in the lagoon from the great white egrets to the manatees, tarpon, and turtles all provide for great animals to get close to while kayaking.

Amazing Home - Great Vacation

Everything you could want in a vacation rental home. Great amenities, great location, and a great sunset. The owners were fantastic and had everything ready at the house for my group to have a wonderful week. I would recommend this property and will definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home with our family of 5. The home is an ideal location for boating and everything water oriented in the keys. This property is clearly run by people who appreciate boating, The comercial ice maker was amazing to refill the boat cooler daily without going to the store, they also have a bait freezer downstairs which was nice too. We enjoyed kayaking and also daily swims in the pool after a day of boating. The home was clean and was great for a week in the keys. Only note for future guests which didn’t affect us: The third bed and bath are on the lower floor and not accessible from the inside. It has a separate lower entrance. Great space for stays, just seperate from upstairs. Overall we would highly recommend this home and would definitely return in the future.

Coconut sunsets is a great location. The house is very spacious and in great condition all the amenities are in tip top shape. Jon is a great host and gies the extra mile to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Coconut Sunsets is just as advertised!! The entire property is very well thought out. From king size beds in every room to a kitchen that is stocked perfectly for all your cooking needs. The pool is perfect to relax in after a day out in the boat. But make sure your on the porch for sunset!!!

Great house for family gathering with upstairs/downstairs bedrooms. Tons of amenities. Ice machine is a blessing and time saver. And hard to beat the amazing sunset views.

Fabulous view owners and accommodations!

The view, home and owners couldn’t have been better. Having the owner next door and super helpful was a treat and very helpful for anything you need. The house and its amenities was all you could ask for and more. The view was very hard to beat ending each day with the sunset over the water.

Just Perfect

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The home is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos. The owners were very nice and super helpful with little things we needed during our stay. The pool and patio area were fabulous! The dock was perfect for the boat we rented. Overall, our stay was a 10/10. Would love to vacation here again.

Great location

Great location for boating / fishing / easy access to the ocean! Appreciated the quick response time from owners and hospitality. Would have liked some fans of some sort on the back seating area by the pool since there’s no access to breeze up there and the bugs can get bad. Overall great stay!

Thanks Chelsie Yes July is hot when there is no Breeze, I have Stand up Portable Fans in all rooms along with Ice room that where available to move to any Locations thru out the Property. As to the Bugs we are in a tropics. I have cans of off and Citronella Candles for the tables outside. Thanks for sharing Regards Jon & Lori
