We were pleasantly surprised how great this property was, being ‘pet friendly’. If not for all of the pet friendly items (water, food bowl and poop bags in front hall closet, we would have never guessed pets are allowed here — very clean and smells nice!The kitchen is super stocked - blender, food processor, electric tea kettle, Keurig and drip coffee maker (coffee included for both machines).5 star hosts - reached out to see if everything is okay and asked if we need anything.Location is fantastic! You will not be disappointed with this property!

The baby grand was perfect place for our small family of 4. Check in and out was easy. The yard was beautiful and private. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need. It felt like an extension of our own home. The staircase just down the road led right into town so grabbing coffee was quick and easy. Everything was so walkable. Will definitely look to come back another summer!

Baby Grand is beautiful. Amazing yard and the house itself is equipped with everything you need. It is pet friendly - our little Yorkie loved the fenced in yard. They even have food and water bowls out for your pet. Location is great; only a few blocks from all the shops and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive; check-in was super easy. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Baby Grand.

The property is exactly as pictured! A few of my favorite things about this property:1. Communication— the owners were so quick to reply… so quick with helpful tips and recommendations… A!2. Check-in process was so easy! They even let us arrive a few minutes early— which was helpful with our small children who needed to use the potty and eat. 3. We live in Chicago, but always wanted a charming cottage for a few day getaway from the city. Our puppy Bailey loves it as well! We would love to share the baby Grand with you to savor the essence of a Michigan summer.

Why they chose this property

We love the history of the community as well as the history of the Baby Grand. The front part of the house was built in the late 1800's and then two other additions put on with the master bedroom and bath the finishing touches in 1997. We fell in love the minute we walked through the front door.

What makes this property unique

If only walls could talk we would find out the treasures that this house contains. So many finishing touches were added whether by the decor or by the seclusion of the garden. You would never know you are only two short blocks to downtown and the hustle and bustle of a busy harbor side town.
