AGE RESTRICTION : Sandpiper Beach Resort requires that one of all the guests be a minimum of 25 years of age.


PERSONAL INFORMATION: *Your personal information - GOVERNMENT PHOTO ID is required upon check-in.


PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEDDING, PILLOWS AND LINENS FOR DOUBLE BEDS. YOU MUST BRING TOWELS AND TOILETRIES (including toilet paper, and soaps/shampoo and cleaning supplies) AS THEY ARE NOT PROVIDED. Each mattress is covered with a freshly washed cover, protector and must not be removed.

KITCHENS: OUR KITCHEN IS EQUIPPED WITH POTS AND PANS, DISHES, GLASSES, MUGS, CUTLERY AND SOME COOKING AND SERVING UTENSILS. THERE IS A STOVE, REFRIGERATOR, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, KETTLE AND COFFEE MAKER. EACH COTTAGE HAS THEIR OWN BARBECUE WITH PROPANE TANK AND A PICNIC TABLE.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off any fans and air conditioner. Shut and lock all windows. Return Parking Pass and keys into the bag on the wall.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All rules and regulations must be followed as stated on our website and rental agreement to guarantee return of security deposit.
PROM COTTAGES AND GRAD PARTIES CANNOT BE BOOKED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM OWNER AS THERE ARE ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MUST BE CHARGED.
A 4% MUNICIPAL ACCOMMODATION TAX WILL BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGED AS PER THE WASAGA BEACH NEW BY-LAW.

AMAZING!

Rented cottage #2 and absolutely love it! Cottage was very clean (I’m a very picky person) and had all we needed. Booked this cottage based on good reviews and still got impressed how amazing it was. Cottage looks beautiful inside. Suzan is very nice and answered all of my questions very quickly. We had no problems with loud noises and my kids were still able to take their regular naps. Look forward to go back in near future.

Beach front home away from home

This was a great vacation property. The location cannot be beat. You are literally on the beach. The property has everything you need to be comfortable. We were a party of four adults and two kids. We had enough room to move around and be separate at the same time. Kitchen was perfect to make big breakfasts to last throughout the morning. It's a beach property, so you'll have sand. I would recommend getting a bucket outside and leaving it there to dip the feet in to remove the sand, and then like a towel right at the door to dry. I felt bad because we swept at the end of the night and there was always that sand feeling. This next section is a comment about the beds. But I've read somewhere, where another group was really happy with the type. We are guests that own brand name mattress with a medium comfort support, with memory foam technology etc. The beds in the cottage we stayed were super firm. I would recommend to bring memory foam roll up toppers and higher pillows to bring your neck higher and find other pillows to try to elevate the way the body tenses under the pressure. You can be totally exhausted, but after an hour or two of sleep we would wake up because it was not to our preference. We left some hangers, but would recommend bringing a rope or something so you can hang up any wet towels. Some cottages have a wooden side to hang but other cottages didn't get that, so wet towel solution is hangers. Overall, had a great time.

Our mini stay at the beach could not have been better!! The host is INCREDIBLE to connect with and everything was better than the pictures show. Clean cottage and all you need while at the beach. Highly recommend staying!

Cute cottages in a great location

The stay was great. The check-in process was super smooth and clear. We were able to check-in a few hours early which was a pleasant surprise. The cottage was clean and had everything you would need in the kitchen. We did have to borrow a plug for the bathtub from another cottage, but otherwise we had everything that was advertised as present. *make sure you bring garbage bags* Would definitely stay again!

Great location!

This cottage was literally STEPS from the beach. It was so convenient being able to go back to the cottage while still keeping an eye on our things at the beach. I was a bit overwhelmed with the "rules" prior to check in, but it all worked out seamlessly. The door was open when we arrived and keys were accessible. They also accommodated an early check-in which helped us prolong our stay. Overall, perfect, clean little beach cottage with a great view. My only complaint is the parking. We did not know you only have 2 parking spots per cottage, and had to find overnight parking at a motel for extra cars. The public beach parking is not overnight, so we were lucky that we were able to find alternate parking.

we stayed in cottage #2 and loved that the kids could play in the sand right in front of the cottage and if they made their way down closer to the water we could still see them from inside the cottage. we needed new batteries for the tv remote and the host promptly came by to replace the batteries for us. we definitely enjoyed our stay!

Amazing experience! The cottage is lovely and right next to the beach. It has everything you will need. We had amazing time . Suzan is very helpful and a really nice host. Her cottage was clean and had everything needed. She is very responsible as well. We will definitely come back. Highly recommend this place !
