Great Place - Close to the Beach - Lots to Do

Michelle and Patrick were great to rent from. The cottage is well equipped and the back yard is all fenced in for our dogs. We highly recommend Suzy's Place.

The cottage was very cute and cozy, with a fully fenced in yard which was perfect for my dog. Communication with Michelle was amazing, very attentive and quick with responding. Just a few minute walk away from the beach!

Suzy's Beach House is our family owned cottage. My husband and I have 2 kids and 2 dogs. We decided to purchase a cottage to provide ourselves with a safe haven during Covid. Our number one criteria was being able to walk to the beach. It allows us to sit back and relax while at the cottage without having to drive to get to our favourite destination, Wasaga Beach. Aside from the beach we enjoy downhill and cross country skiing. Wasaga Beach is the perfect destination as it has activities all year long.

Why they chose this property

Suzy's Beach house is a 5 minute walk to the world's longest freshwater beach, at 14 km in length. There is no shortage of activities at the beach from taking long walks, enjoying a view in a lawn chair, playing at the beach or in Georgian Bay.

In the winter, there are numerous outdoor adventure activities to choose from. Nearby, Wasaga Beach Provincial Park Nordic Centre provides trails for snowshoeing and cross country. There are three public downhill ski resorts nearby including Blue Mountain, Horseshoe Valley and Mount St Louie Moonstone. Activities such as cross country skiing, fat biking, and snowmobiling can be found at near by locations.

Blue Mountain Village has activities all year long.
