Nestled in Lauderhill, this house boasts a welcoming atmosphere with three bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living space. The spacious interior and tasteful décor will make you feel right at home. The heated pool adds a touch of luxury, allowing guests to enjoy a warm and relaxing swim year-round. This beautiful 3 bed, 2 bath home provides guests with full access to unlimited fun and:
* a private pool that is heated in the winter
* resort style backyard with BBQ grill
* fully equipped eat in kitchen

Conveniently located in a quiet, secluded residential neighborhood near restaurants, golf courses, shopping malls and movie theaters, the beach and more.

The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king size bed and glass French doors so you can enjoy the beautiful view from your bed. It also has a private bathroom stocked with fresh towels and business travel essentials.

Guest room 1 sleeps 2 people and includes a comfy queen size bed, closet and TV. Guest room 2 sleeps 4 people and includes a comfy queen size bed, full size futon, closet and TV. Both have door locks for privacy and share a bathroom.

Rest assured, you are guaranteed to enjoy your stay. As a matter of fact, you'll have trouble leaving your own little tropical paradise.

* Check-in is 4:00 PM.
* Early luggage drop off is allowed when available.
* No parties or events allowed for any reason.
* A Max of Ten (10) guests and Two (2) cars are allowed.
* No parking on the street or grass.
* No loud music after 10:00 PM.
* Checkout is at 11:00 AM.
* No pets or animals allowed. We love fur babies however our family is severely allergic. For the health and safety of our family we are not allowed to host pets of any kind.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Wash and put away all dishes. The kitchen should be completely clean as when you arrived. • Wash and put away all towels. Use Quick Wash & Quick Dry. Clean dryer vent between loads.
• Put all trash in green trash bin outside. • Return moved furniture back to its original location. • Turn AC to 78. Turn OFF all fans and lights (inside & outside).
• Ensure all doors, windows and gates are locked. • Please sign our guest book.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Good Time

I loved my stay in this beautiful house in Miami! The accommodation was spacious, clean, well decorated and ideally located to enjoy the city. Everything was exactly as in the pictures, if not better. The host was very friendly, helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Do not judge a book by the Cover

I can say when we first went the outside picture online isnt what yhe house looks like in real life but i know time and sun breaks things down, the house inside was amazing the kids loved having there own pool verses have a hotel pool that had to be shared. We had a very nice stay. Comfortable beds the perfect get away but still felt at home .

Great family stay

We enjoyed the layout, pool, the large tables inside and out worked great for our group of 6 to play cards. Pocket doors were a little noisy in bathrooms so if you have light sleepers, that could be hard for them if you have early risers. Everything was great, a few beach chairs we used were handy.

Plenty of room to stretch out and play! Great amenities in the kitchen. Publix delivered snacks, drinks, etc so it was easy to stay in and enjoy each other and the property. Very much recommend this location!
