Sleeping Arrangements: This spacious unit offers flexible lodging options for your group. The upstairs loft serves as a master suite, featuring a queen-size bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a full private bathroom. Additionally, the condo is equipped with a queen sleeper and two twin XL beds to accommodate the rest of your party comfortably.

Quiet, cozy, great location

My friend and I had a wonderful time! We were steps away from the bus stop, could also walk to get groceries/food, place was clean, cozy, had everything we needed. We could also walk 5minutes to ski slopes! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

Property was clean, great location. Property management was helpful and checkin was smooth. Could use a furniture update and definitely need better internet. TV kept counting out and tried Zoom calls that kept getting getting discounted.

Great Winter Getaway

Property was great, clean, and close to the lifts. Easy and convenient parking. Upstairs bathroom could use a little improvement as the shower was missing half of the sliding door. We opted to use the showers in the pool clubhouse as they were much nicer. Bed was also uncomfortable, seemed to be a 2" foam mattress topper on a box spring. For the price and location it was a very solid property.

Great location

The location was great. Easy access to the slopes. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working during part of our stay. The upstairs bed was quite uncomfortable with a mattress overlay on top of an old mattress. The dishes were still partially dirty prior to us using them. The upstairs toilet had a black ring around it. The electrical outlet did not work in the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at Three Kings. The check in process that requires picking up the key at Lespri could be improved. Friends who also stayed at a 3 Kings Condo had PIN number access to their unit which was also convenient if one person wanted to do their own thing (i.e. we only had one key between us). Otherwise we thought the condo was clean and good value for money.
