This luxe vacation rental is one of six gorgeous townhomes - In a PRIME LOCATION, only one street over from West End Avenue, which turns into Broadway/Downtown, only a 4 minute Uber ride to all of the Midtown bars and restaurants, and literally directly behind the Loews Vanderbilt Hotel...Doesn't get any better! :) These are upscale, designed to the 9's homes laid out to comfortably sleep 12 people in 4 magnificent bedrooms! Our favorite part of the house is the open floor plan, which is perfect for gathering, and also the stunning outdoor living space! Large Samsung Smart TVs in EVERY bedroom plus a huge 65" Samsung TV in the living room, with a BOSE sound bar for listening to your favorite playlist!

We stayed as a family of 5 and it was wonderful. The house was well maintained clean and had all the necessities we need. Midtown location was perfect. Close to downtown and Broadway but quiet. Walking distance to a couple great coffee shops. We rented a car because we wanted to see all of Nashville not just broadway. The garage was great for that purpose.

This townhouse was well appointed and VERY comfortable. It was the perfect stay for my friends and I. We loved the set up and the location was perfect - right near Vanderbilt's campus as well as many local bars and restaurants.

It was the perfect space for our group of 8 to send a long weekend together in Nash!There are a number of common area spaces for the whole group to hang out. There is some privacy as well with how the bedroom/bathrooms are laid out.Close walk to Vandy/Midtown. Long walk, or quick ride to Broadway!100% would recommend!Thank you for having us!

Place has it all!

Great stay for a family reunion! House is exactly as advertised and the hosts provide so many extras like treats, chips, water, coffee, etc!! We were only there a couple of nights and didn’t need to run out for much. Beds are comfortable and the ear plugs and sound machines were a nice touch! Thanks for a great stay and the memories!
