You are not able to leave your car there continually, so it must be moved each day. This can be very inconvenient. Other options may be to look for overnight parking in other areas of Summit county such as Frisco or Dillon.

This condo was the perfect choice for our family of four. The ski in/ski out feature was great for our kids who were ready to hit the slopes at the first possible chance. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to make our breakfast and lunch meals, and the hot tub was a welcome way to treat our sore muscles after a long day of skiing. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for comfort and convenience while staying on peak 8!

Sometimes you go to press code and no lights would come up. You open door with key and than the keypad would start to work again

Ski in and ski out, wow!

If you are looking for a true, ski in and ski out unit with a great location, look no further. The unit is in a fantastic location, just a hundred yards up from the base of Peak 8. We were able to walk out onto the patio and strap on the boards and go right onto the slope. Condo is nice inside, redone and fit us perfectly for what we needed. Kayla with the management company was easy to work with and I would definitely recommend this unit.

Perfect place for 4 adults

the only reason I gave it a rating of 4 was because of the sheets and the lack of outdoor seating. The sheets were not comfortable at all should be upgraded. The outdoor seating was 1 plastic chair. I sat on the ground. I didn't totally mind it but I know others might.

Perfect family vacation.

Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful. Ski in and ski out made the trip so enjoyable and convenient. Also the unit was well equipped for any occasion or meal you may want to prepare. I have only one complaint/ suggestion... we scheduled a snowmobile tour with the company High Country Tours which was listed in the information book and there was a brochure in the unit which lead us to believe this was a recommended place to schedule a tour with and we ended up doing so on our last day in breckenridge. Total mistake! We drove about 45 minutes to this place and when we arrived no one was at the late 70s model mobile home trailer. As we stepped through the wide open door, we almost stepped right through the floor. In fact had there not been a rug on the floor we would have, that's how rotten the floor was. Also as we made our way further into the trailer looking for someone who might work there we noticed the water leaking through the roof onto the boots and jackets we were supposed to wear during the tour. They were getting soaking wet. We basically pulled into an old abandoned piece of property with a falling down trailer, a mud hole for a parking lot and a few snow mobiles. To say the least I was not feeling this was a safe place to take my family out on snow mobiles based on how they maintained their facility, was this also how they maintained their equipment we were about to venture out on? I called immediately and asked to cancel the tour. High country tours told me I could not cancel, I needed to cancel 24 hours in advance which was impossible being I had just called them a few hours prior to schedule so we would be charged the entire amount for canceling. And by the way they never mentioned that when I was scheduling the tour. I could understand a cancelation fee but not for entire amount. If you have not checked this place out and seen how terrible it is you either need to or take them off your list and remove the brochures. Otherwise wonder trip! Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great place on peak 8 for ski in/out. Kitchen fully stocked and lots of towels. Property was older and mattresses could be replaced.

Location can’t be beat!

This is the best location for ski in/ski out we have ever stayed. The downstairs balcony access makes it steps from your skis and a short downhill to the lifts. Very central to the resort being on Peak 8.

Best Ski-in / Ski-out in Breck

There is no better location than SkiWatch for true ski-in / ski-out. Great views from our condo. Sitting slopeside at the end of the day in the hot tubs and watching the skiers go by was awesome. I think some of the units are more updated than others, but highly recommend this location.

We will not stay anywhere else in the future! The location is perfect the condo is a great size, queen come on and very comfortable! The management group is very proactive it’s so easy to work with. We had no issues and an amazing stay.

Great Location, Unit Needs Some Minor Repairs

We enjoyed our stay at this unit. The location is great for ski in and ski out purposes. I had some issues with the VRBO app, but thankfully the manager of the unit was very responsive to my texts. That makes all the difference in the world when you are waiting to get in the unit. The unit itself could use some minor repairs (lights over the kitchen island not working, towel bars in bathroom were broken, DVD player doesn't work, fireplace flame would randomly shut off and then come back on). Overall, not a big deal (we were there for the skiing, not luxury living), and we would rent again. Hopefully they will get these items fixed before the next renter arrives.
