The kitchen is well stocked. We were a group of 4 adults. There was plenty of space. Great location on the mountain. The snow was marginal which obviously was not under anyone’s control, and the mountain was crowded. But it was a fun and comfortable stay for Thanksgiving.

Great property

Property was perfect! Wonderful location and had everything we needed. This has to be the best location on the mountain. Stayed at Ski Watch several years ago and it is just as nice. Super convenient ski lockers. Will stay here again.

Location, Location, Location

Location is amazing. It was easy to walk down to the Breck Summer activities. The unit has pretty much everything you'd need. Some of the fans for the rooms need to be repaired or replaced, a little TLC for the screen door to the balcony, other than that an overall great spot and no complaints.

Perfect location!

We had an amazing stay in this ski in & ski out condo! It is a true ski right to the door location. The kitchen has all the appliances needed to cook for your family. We brought soup and used the crock pot everyday for lunch. We had a newborn with us and the two separate bedrooms were perfect for our family. We would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location

This is an ideal location if you are off the green slopes. It is clean and comfortable. This is my second time at Ski Watch and as soon as they release the properties for next year I will book again.

What a great location! We skied much more because we were able to get on the mountain more quickly,

The condo is lovely and so conveniently located. It’s fully equipped with anything you may need. The hot tubs were nice and we met other skiers so that was fun! The owner is super accommodating too!

Spectacular getaway

We love this property and the managing company. The location is unbeatable. Ski in/ski out with lockers! It's always super clean. Kitchen is fully stocked for family meals. Highly recommend.

True ski in/out

The location is excellent! Condo was great and very functional for 4 adults. Kitchen lacked a few basics like cookie sheet, pizza pan, hot pads. One bathroom had clogged shower and fireplace was not functioning properly. However, all of this was corrected promptly by the property manager. She was excellent!

The Ski Watch condominium complex is outstanding! Truly a ski-in ski-out location on Peak 8. You can access three different lifts and have several runs in before most folks have breakfast! The handy lockers had it very easy to storage your ski gear, and the hot tub was fun at the end of the day.. highly recommend!The only thing that needs updated is the pillows on the bed. And possibly the shower curtains.All in All it was amazing

Ski Watch 316 January 2023

This is one of "many" stays at Ski Watch during the years of visiting Breckenridge. I very nice unit, quiet and as an interior unit "warm" despite having the heat off the entire time. In fact had to crack the windows at night to cool off a little. Kitchen appliances, plates and pots are well stocked but spartan as to any cooking supplies unless other renters have left items behind. The WiFi was a little +/- so you may not want to plan to do your work from home stuff if it is wifi intensive. One bedroom TV couldn't connect to the wifi so much for SMART Tv's. But if skiing all day is what you want and SKI IN SKI OUT on peaks 8,7,6 is your strength than this is the place to stay especially at the end of the season when BRECK closes down peaks 10 and 9

Perfect Location

Family of 10 stayed (2 smaller kids) in the 2 bedroom condo. Just enough space for all of us to feel comfortable. In addition each the elevator has a small "lobby" area with couches and a nice view as well so people were able to sit there and play cards and games if more space was needed. Ski In Ski Out right next to Lifts! Ski Locker right at edge of slope. Check in was a breeze with lock box. ***** One piece of advice I wish we knew before***** The underground garage is very low. It is fine for vans and trucks and cars, but unable to park if you have a van or SUV with a roof top storage box. My brother was just barely able to make his fit under the garage beams (has a Honda CR-V with Honda roof top box). If I had brought my Honda Odyssey with its roof top carrier we would not have fit in the garage. Luckily we didn't bring it. Thus pack accordingly or be prepared to park in a outside spot of which I only saw a few. Check with owner for more options. Overall, we had a wonderful time and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Karla who manages the place was easy to get a hold of if you have any issues. Can't wait to come back.

Great location, unit needs some TLC

This is the first time I've ever not given 5/5 on a VRBO. Starting with the good: the place, as described, could not be in a better location. Literally you walk out and are at the base of the lift. While we came for summer we really enjoyed the view from the balcony and being at the base of the mountain. It's nice having the full kitchen and two full beds/baths. We had plenty of towels for the stay. Note: the detail hanging by the door gives incorrect info on the wifi so we didn't have access for the first 24 hours, but the rental folks responded promptly once I finally reached out. Not so good: the place is worn the heck out. The couches could use either a deep cleaning or a trip to goodwill. Many light bulbs burned out (one bath had only 1 out of 4 bulbs working and one was missing globe cover entirely). We were refused early check in due to Covid cleaning, which is understandable, but I don't think it was even "regular" cleaned very well. The front of the microwave looked like a petri dish, as did the sliding door to the balcony. Lamp shades looked a bit beat up. Just so many little things like that added up to a place that felt uncared for. It would have been so easy for someone to walk around, notice, and correct those things before guests arrived. For skiers in season I'd say it's likely well worth it for the location. For our next summer trip though, we'll find another spot.

Easy Ski in Ski Out

I recommend this accommodation for a family of 4 looking to have an easy trip to the mountains. Hot tubs were perfect and parking was easy. Ski in Ski out was amazing and simplified the trip. Start each day in the sauna, make a quick breakfast, and hit the slopes for a few runs before the family joins in on the fun. The place is perfect for a group of 4. Con: getting the key out of the lock box is difficult but the staff is available to help.

Phenomenal location

This is a phenomenal property, everything about it is great except the showers could use some renovating. Maybe plumbing for the whole building. Not much water pressure and difficult to regulate temperature. Hot tub by the slopes super convenient, nice bench right there to put your gear on and robbies restaurant next door is arguably the best lunch spot on the mountain.

Great location, perfect for ski trip.

Everything was great except for the annoying neighbor next door. He made a point to come out in the hallway when we were coming home from dinner and threaten us to be quiet, and then called a noise complaint on us when we were literally just talking in the living room at 10:15pm. Other than that guy, everything was great.
