Both bathrooms have been updated with new fixtures a Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower with bench, hand held shower head & Rain Shower head. Central air and heating. Washer Dryer, Micro Wave oven. I have a beautiful super clean well kept home that is in the heart of everything and I hope you read the other reviews and not influenced by this inaccurate portrayal of my home. I was very surprised by Bobs comments. He never mentioned a smell of any kind nor did he mention he felt ill. I have lived in my home since 2014 and have never had this experience. Maybe Bob was smelling trash that was not taken out by his group. If there is ever a issue with my home, I immediately respond. I want to hear about it in the moment so I can take care of it. I immediately checked my home after reading this review and did not smell mildew in my home. My home is very clean and I have received wonderful 4 and 5 star reviews. I am sorry my guest was not happy with my home, I would have appreciated a call when my guest was at my home. I would have went to my home in the moment to explore this complaint and immediately remedy it. Please come and experience my wonderful home.

Great location and beautiful spot

The location was great and very convenient. Parking in WeHo is a huge plus! The apartment was well furnished and clean. Had everything we needed! Joani was also a great host and helped answer questions promptly before check in.

Great location

Great location for walking West Hollywood. Very steep stairs so nobody with difficulty with stairs should rent this. Nice kitchen and beds. We did not have a car as we used Uber, but were confronted by downstairs neighbors about our "car". We did not have a car so did not appreciate grumpy neighbors.

Perfect Location

We loved this apartment. It was clean and the pictures on the site are exactly as we found it. In was in a great central location. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night as we needed to get back home due to the Coronavirus. Our host was wonderful to us during that stressful time.

Christmas in West Hollywood

This was a great location for my family to use as a base for exploring Hollywood and LA for a few days. This place is nicely maintained and we had no issues whatsoever. Not much more to say than that. If you choose to stay here you shouldn’t be disappointed. 👍🏻👍🏻

The perfect location for a family vacation in West Hollywood

Our family of four stayed at this charming duplex for a Los Angeles vacation in July 2019. Its location is ideal with easy access to restaurants on Santa Monica Boulevard and the Sunset Strip (five to ten minutes), downtown Hollywood (15 to 20 minutes) and Malibu (45 minutes to an hour). We enjoyed every moment at this extremely comfortable and well-appointed property. Our thanks to Joani for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful duplex, phenomenal location, gracious host

Joani made our first VRBO experience the one to beat. She was kind and answered any questions we had quickly and thoroughly. Her place was immaculate but also warm and inviting. There were 4 of us (my Mom and I and my teenage sons) and we never felt cramped (2 bathrooms is a plus). Also a plus- a washer/dryer in the unit. Finally, the location is perfect for walking to restaurants and the grocery store.

We LOVED this place! It was stocked with everything you could possibly think of and more, immaculate, comfortable, modern, and the private patio was lovely to go out and have coffee in the mornings. Lovely apartment in a nice central neighborhood!

We had a great time in Joani’s apartment. Everything was perfect, easy and secure check in. Spacious apartment, perfect for 4 people. Big kitchen with all amenities. We loved the location - lovely neighborhood but still very central and easy to reach everything, even in walking distance such as Melrose Ave. Highly recommended! Thank you Joani for the nice stay :)

Lovely apartment, great location!

The check out time was 10am, which was not negotiable and seemed extreme for the nightly cost of this property. I had a long travel day and would've appreciated some flexibility on the owner's part. It was a cool place though. Check out Hugo's for breakfast, it was amazing!
