Welcome to Unit 212!

Panoramic Paradise by the Sea! Breathtaking sunrises and magnificent starry skies can be enjoyed from the extra long balcony of our South East Corner Oceanfront deluxe unit. Master Suite has access to balcony, 2nd bedroom has beautiful Ocean view, 39" Flat Screen HD TV, Home Theater, DVD/DVR (capable of wireless Hulu, Pandora, Netflix, etc.). For your convenience we offer free wireless internet service, washer/dryer and a fully equipped kitchen.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

A return to NSB

Corner unit, nice upgrades, and good communications with management given the fact our stay crossed with building painting and decking repairs. We enjoy all that NSB offers and happy with our stay.

New Smyrna Condo

Beautiful location and condo. Had everything we needed. The only downside is we couldn't stay longer. We also viewed three rockets take off from Kennedy Space.

October at the beach

I believe we are starting a new tradition. October here was very enjoyable weather wise and not too many people. It hopefully will be even better next time when we can get to the beach...guess that is the bad side of October, possible hurricanes!

Beach Week

My husband and I enjoyed our week at the beach. There was always someone cleaning the area and everyone was very nice and helpful. We had a question and left a message at the office. They were there first thing the next morning to help. The unit has an amazing balcony and to be honest that's where I stay!!! The pool is also very nice.

Happy with our stay!

We had a great week! The view was the neatest oceanfront view we have ever had in a condo! Things we appreciated: VERY clean and newly updated condo, k cup coffee maker, washer and dryer, a cabinet with games/crayons/puzzles for our kids,The balcony furniture was just right and comfortable, the kids room was perfect for our 5 and 6 year olds, streaming tv was great for lazy time! One thing that was disappointing was that there was only 1 beach chair and only a couple buckets for sand. We had to purchase a chair (the teal canvas chair)-we left it there for the next guests and a set of beach toys that we left as well.. For the owners, I would highly recommend a decent set of beach chairs(3 minimum) and an umbrella and a hard cooler. Gestures like that can go a long way for guests who fly on airplanes and cannot bring those types of things with them. it was a nice, quiet stay. The pool was nice.

We stayed a few times in different condos. We love location, balcony incl ocean front, comfortable kingsize bed, large TV, clean 50 feet pool. Toaster, microwave and fridge have seen better days. We`ll come back again soon. Ruediger & Maria from Germany

Needs some attention

Hacienda Del Sol II is a very clean and well maintained facility. Everything is well cared for and its obvious they pay attention to the details. Unit 212.. well... not so much. Some important updates have been made but others have not. The beds are great, the washer/dryer is new, the oven seems new but the sliding glass doors need major maintenance, the microwave is way past it's prime, the master shower allows water to flood the floor, the cloth upholstery in the living room is very uncomfortable, and the furniture on the balcony needs cleaning. On the good side, the view is fantastic and the A/C will freeze you out if you want it to. I would return to this facility but probably not to unit 212.

Spring Break 2021

Nice beach front condo 10 feet from sea wall. Great 2nd floor views from balcony and easy access to pool and beach. Older condo but well taken care of. Clean and all appliances and utilities working. Property well maintained too. Close to Flagler street by 3 minute drive. No drive non crowded beach. Would definitely stay again. Affordable beach front vacation.
