Nice comfortable cabin with a cozy living room, excellent entertainment area downstairs with games, air hockey, pool table and a theatre. Hot tub was a plus to have to relax after a long day. Kitchen had everything we needed. Outside grill and fire pit are connected to the gas line. So no need to worry about filling gas tanks.

Christmas Getaway

The Mountain Memories cabin allowed us to do just that—make cherished memories. We visited Ober Gatlinburg, Dollywood and Roaring Forks Trail. The kids begged to get back to the cabin each day. Everything was as described and it was well furnished with the Christmas decor adding that special touch. You will not regret booking with Jan and Mike!

Family vacation

We stayed with our entire family (12) it was wonderful. The kids loved the hot tub and theater room. Within 30min of unpacking our cars a bear came right up to the house and front door! It was such a fun experience for us all.

Beautiful setting, great location

This was the perfect location to gather with family and friends. There are countless things to do in the area including hiking in Great Smoky Mountains National park and a myriad of family friendly activities in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The house was very clean and comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance things to be addressed, but they did not interfere with the overall positive experience.

Awesome Family Memories

This was our first visit to Tennessee and we had amazing time! The chalet is modern with a rustic decor. Spending quality time together was no problem here! The games, theater, and hot tub kept everyone entertained when we were relaxing in the evening. The rooms were spread out giving everyone privacy and space to rest for the next day.

Our experience was really nice for spring break. Comfortable beds. Clean. Location to Gatlinburg was perfect! Hot tub needs attention with cleanliness. Air hockey game didn’t work but we enjoyed the pool table more. Theatre room was very enjoyable. Very nice!

The cabin was nice not real clean though seemed like the sheets had been slept on and towels smelled very bad I think saying pool access but were no where to be found. We had stayed at some on the east side of Gatlinburg that were very clean and pool access was visible to all cabins

Property is exactly as listed. Beautiful home. Property manager was great, she responds to messages very quickly. No issues at all, this property was in excellent condition, very clean has absolutely everything you will need. Highlight of the trip was seeing four bears, one mama and three cubs, right on the road of this property. For anyone that might be concerned about this, don’t be, they wanted nothing to do with us, were just looking for food and ignored us 😁

Wonderful Time of the Year

We absolutely loved our stay. We celebrated Thanksgiving with our small family and there was so much to do. The home is extremely clean and was decorated for Christmas. The views from the home are breathtaking. We spent a lot of time downstairs playing pool, games, watching football, and enjoying each other’s company. The home is well stocked! All the dishes and cooking items you need are there. The home is tucked way up in the mountains so recommend bringing your smaller vehicle to travel. Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge did not disappoint and both are just a few miles from the home. Highly recommend for your mountain getaway.

It was beautiful, with a great set up. The hot tub was amazing. The only problem that occurred was dirty cups, dishes and cook wear. Also the air hockey table, the goals were broken. I took photos if you need them. And I would speak to the cleaning crew.

Some of the details are not accurate on the description of the property. Or could be worded a different way for example the pool was not and I location that we could walk to in fact we never found the pool. If you like bears there are plenty!
