This was a perfect place for our family of five to stay while in Kauai. We had plenty of room to spread out, but we had wonderful amenities as well. The location is very close to Hanalei Bay, so you have access there as well. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at the Nihilani Condo in Princeville. Our family of 5 had plenty of space, the kitchen is well equipped and there is a garage to park the car. They also provide a large variety of beach accessories, including watershoes, snorkeling gear, beach towels and beach chairs. There was a little cooler which kept our picnic and drinks cold! WiFi was a little slow, but we did not need it for work (it's vacation after all!) so it was not a big deal for us. Would absolutely come back if we travel again to this island!

Thank you so much for your lovely review! We’re really glad to hear that your family had such a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Nihilani. It’s great that the space, kitchen, and garage worked well for you, and we’re especially happy you were able to make good use of the beach gear and cooler for your outings—that’s exactly what they’re there for 😊 We appreciate your note about the WiFi as well, and we’ll continue looking into ways to improve it for future guests. It was a pleasure hosting you and your family, and you’d be more than welcome back anytime you return to the island. We’d love to have you again! 🌺

Property is in a very nice townhome location. The amenities were all great. We used the grill and the A/C worked flawlessly. More importantly everything in the home was in great condition, clean and organized. All the beds were comfortable. So Sleep - 10, Cleanliness - 10, Location - 10, and no noise other than wildlife. We will be back.

Our second long stay in Nihilani/Princeville. Location is great, wonderful community, great unit. Enjoyed the pool and spa in this well landscaped and maintained community. Unit is updated and very clean and communication responsive. New beach chairs and cooler bag provided. Will be back again next year.

Thank you! We had a great time at this lovely property and would stay there again in a heartbeat. Well appointed, clean, and comfortable. (*The dishwasher probably needs an upgrade. We ended up washing our dishes by hand.)

We're so happy you had a great time and that you will choose to book with us again. We're so sorry that the dishwasher wasn't working well for you. No one wants to hand-wash dishes on vacation...we've replaced the unit and it should be a good working order.

We absolutely loved staying here! Perfect space for our family of 5. Light and so comfy and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect and we loved that we were able to walk to Queens Bath since there is never any parking there. All the beach necessities were provided which was awesome. We would stay here again in a heart beat. It was really hard to leave. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and it still wasn't long enough. Thanks for letting us rent your lovely home. Aloha, The Peters Family.
