Located in Princeville on Kauai's North Shore, close to beaches, shopping and everything our beautiful island has to offer. Open and inviting floor plan, large kitchen with granite slab counter tops perfect for creating an evening meal full of amazing memories. Hardwood coconut flooring throughout first floor, brings a taste of the islands. Sleeps up to 8 people with two king beds, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the den. Great place to spend your dream vacation at an affordable price!

Great location, neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. Was able to sleep with the windows open, fresh air and listen to the rain. Was able to hike/walk to a beach. Local grocery store 5 min away, great playground, pool and hot tub. House was well maintained, beds were comfortable and it was a great fit for my family of 8. Also, there were beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards , snorkeling gear for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked, even had a salad spinner! We would stay again if we return.

We found the property exactly as advertised and perfect for our family of 8. Kitchen was well stocked as well as the garage area with boogie boards, snorkel equipment and toys.

Everything about the place was amazing. The only thing I would say is it could stand to have some more plates, bowls, cups, silverware, etc. other than that I have no complaints whatsoever.

The property was larger than I expected. It was clean, the neighborhood is very pleasant. The management let us in early so that was appreciated. There are kids toys, a beach umbrella, boogie boards and other beach supplies in the garage. The air conditioning worked really well. Two minor things worth mentioning. The wifi isn't strong and didn't reach to the bedrooms or the lanai, so if you want to work, it must be done in the downstairs portion of the house. Also, the pool is quite shallow, 4 ft at the deepest portion. Everything else about the property is excellent.

Really enjoyed our time in this unit. The beach was minutes away and pool area great for winding down. The house was roomy and had everything we needed. The host answered a couple of questions immediately.

Clean, close to all roads leading to beaches, short 3 minute walk to the pool to play and grill. Safe neighborhood and couldn't have been happier with the accommodations.

Perfect location

Overall the property was perfect for our needs. Very well appointed and the beach accessories were a great plus. Location is quiet and close to all things North Shore. Would definitely repeat.

Great get away place

The condo was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. The area was quiet and very well maintained. It was nice to have eating and shopping areas within a short driving distance. Would definitely recommend the property and area to others.

Beautiful home

We were disappointed the AC wasn't working, but know they did their best to help with window units. The garage parking was tight for 2 vehicles and we hoped for a guest parking pass but we weren't given one. It all worked out though. The home was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, would absolutely stay here again.

Loved our stay!

This was the perfect spot for our family to call “Home” while vacationing in Kauai. Property was clean and surrounding neighborhood was beautiful. Not many choices to eat out in Princeville, but we stopped at Costco and groceried up for the trip and had fun, food, and family all in the same place!
