Located within the Sandstone Point complex, this one-bedroom vacation rental is just about a block away from beach access. It's also right across the highway from the cinema, making it easy to catch a matinee.

This romantic suite includes one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofabed in the living room, and space for four guests. Better still, it has an expanded kitchenette with all the essential appliances for whipping up meals. It's on the main level, so it's easily accessible from the parking lot for those who may have trouble with stairs.

You'll also enjoy ocean views, cable TV, and WiFi access. Room was mid at best. Needs updated something serious. Base boards are gross. View is great but the windows were covered in overspray paint so you couldn’t enjoy it. Beach access isn’t as easy as advertised. On the ghetto side. Table and chairs are literally falling apart. I’m a bigger guy and wouldn’t sit at it because I’m not about to fall thru the chair. Parking sucks bad. Tweakers all over. Will not stay here again.

Quick family trip

Overall a good stay for our family ! Kinda dirty in some spots but more so in corners and crevices not a huge deal just noticeable, but good for your money as it isn’t expensive, also no remote so unable to use the tv sadly but other than that it’s solid and gives what it says it will give! Side note bring a fan or two if you are slightly warm blooded can get very warm !

It was a rip off for the cost, looked like it was put together via goodwill bins. Only thing decent and newish was the small kitchen you see in the pictures and the flooring. But not the stained carpet.

Cute place not what I expected

Nice and clean. Had almost everything we needed. This was advertised as ground level, I thought that meant we wouldn’t be on the bottom floor for easy outdoor access for my senior dog. That was not the case. This is on a hill so we were ground floor to the parking lot but to get to grass for the dog had to use a bunch of stairs. Also no outlets in bedroom and tv remote didn’t work other than the power buttons. Otherwise very tiny but had what we needed for a short stay.

Do not rent

The room wasn't comfortable at all. The futon (couch) in the living area was hard. The dining table chairs were cheap. We were afraid to sit on them. The bedroom had barely enough room to walk in. We text VACASA regarding the fire place. They said that we were not able to use it. It was inoperable. The only good thing was the view.

Friendly, lovely views, short beach walk

Pros: Beautiful beach view and a short walk down to the beach. Friendly and prompt staff. Very Small, but had all that was needed for a weekend stay with a mini kitchen. Cleaning supplies were handy and if you have a dog, they provide dishes and doggy bags. Cons: The bedroom smelled of animal urine, so it wasn't thoroughly washed before our stay. We couldn't use the bedroom... The bed was broken so it creaked a LOT. Which sucked because the mattress itself was amazing! Construction was going on down the street for a new beach house, so the "easy access" to the beach was not available on weekdays. Overall: For the price, last minute (3weeks) rental purchase, and location - this place isn't that bad. They just need to work on their cleaning and upkeep on the furniture. This place isn't really meant for more than 2 people as it is really small - and the sofa bed is uncomfortable, but available. If you're staying with kids, watch out - the windows do not have screens! Sounds aren't heard through the walls, but you can definitely hear footsteps/things hitting or rolling around.

Wonderful location and very responsive management. Next day servicing on the fireplace that went out. The place was clean for example the sheets and general space but the condition of other items is what led to a 2 star on cleanliness. For example multiple chairs at the dining table were nearly falling apart and would rock if you sat in them. Several items were just loose like handles on things or light fixtures. The pots and pans were in pretty bad shape and some of the dishes still had food remnants in it. Still throughly enjoyed our stay though.

The beach access was more difficult than I expected from the listing. The incline of the hill on the way back up from the beach is crazy. Its much easier to just drive to a public access point. There is no air conditioning in the room and it got very hot at night. There is nothing stopping someone from jumping out the windows so we had to close the windows at night as we have small children. It was overall a great experience and it was great to have a kitchen in the room as we had small picky mouths to feed. The view from the room was amazing at sunset. This room features a shower seat which came in handy rinsing off the kids feet after the beach. We will definitely be considering this place again on our next stay in Lincoln City.

Great Location, Basic Comforts

The apartment was clean and offered a beautiful ocean view, just a 5-minute walk from the beach—which was a big plus. However, the bed was quite uncomfortable, and while there was a sofa bed available, no extra sheets or blankets were provided for it. The dining table could also use an update. Overall, the stay was fine, but it didn’t quite match the comfort level of a hotel.

Stunning view. Solid property. Clean. Could use a place to put toiletries the bathroom sink area is small. It seemed odd to keep the bed in a back room, we dragged it out to the main room with the view for the duration of our stay and that was a game changer. Note the fire door when finding 2B, it’s weird to find but not impossible.

Sorta fine but maybe not for the $

Pros: gorgeous view, working fireplace, and mostly accessible. Cons: no counter/space for toiletries in bathroom, extremely hot inside, especially in bedroom with no fan or windows, extremely uncomfortable futon, and fire door was closed upon arrival, making it appear as though there was no way to access the room without stairs (we figured it out eventually).

Good for what it is

If you just need a cheaper place to stay and won’t be staying there much this might be a good fit. We actually left early and went home instead of staying the last night because it wasn’t very clean or relaxing. Ocean view was nice and there was a fireplace which made it a little cozier. But over all it is bare minimum for a short term stay.

Not as advertised but amazing view.

The great thing about this room was such a beach view was gorgeous. You could tell the room had been clean because there wasn’t enough bleach in the air to make us cough, so that’s a positive and negative. The room with advertised as being a romantic couple getaway, but I must say, the room was anything, but. The bedroom was really dirty, the carpet was stained, and the singular canvas prints of the ocean did nothing to prevent the room from feeling like a prison with planks, and dirty walls, the living room was clean, but the table was rundown, as was the couch, and the pillow smelled really weird. if your primary reason for booking, this room is proximity to the beach and view from the window, this is the place for you. But on the cleanliness level, I didn’t feel like I could relax and enjoy a romantic romantic getaway. Plus, the staff left the door open upon arrival, and housekeeping walked in on us in the morning.

Not what we expected

Loved the beautiful view from our room and the easy access to the beach for my disabled daughter. We had thought about renting the bigger unit for my daughter's birthday in August but not sure since we were not offered any compensation for the issues we indured during our stay. WIFI is great though!!
