Elegant Home Steps to Restaurant Row!

The house is a beautiful two-bedroom, one bathroom home that sleeps up to six (6) people. The master bedroom has a brand new king bed, and there is a second bedroom with two brand new twin-XL beds that can be separated or pushed together into a king. A living room / kitchen with an open floor plan and brick chimney create beautiful gathering space. The new couch in the living room opens to provide a queen sleeper that sleeps two additional people. A fenced-in back yard and back deck provide outdoor dining and relaxing area in warmer weather. Parking on-site in back.

HOUSE RULES:
Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at noon.
This is not a party house.
Please be quiet outdoors and be respectful of our neighbors.
Do not break the law.

We spent 4 days at this lovely home! Just the right size for 3 of us. Walkable to restaurants. The only problem was that most places arnt open Mondays or even Tuesdays. So that was disappointing. A lot of things open so late in KY. Which we arnt used too. We did a lot of things! And enjoyed our stay. Thank u!

While we did not cook in the house, we enjoyed the kitchen for convenience. We did spend time watching movies and football in the charming living area, while we waited to see our extended family who live within 3 blocks. The bedrooms were great, quite comfortable. This location was near so many great restaurants and walking areas and was just wonderful!!!

Perfect Weekend

We stayed here while in town for a volleyball tournament. This property is a perfect location for walking to food and proximity to the Kentucky Exposition Center. A charming place.
