A spacious master bedroom with it's own bathroom. Two more bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other with two twins. The fourth bedroom is located in the back of the house and was formerly used by the live in maid. The "studio" style apartment has a full bathroom in it. The size of the bed is closer to a full sized bed (not an option to choose from) and can sleep up to two people.

About David and Brenda Cohen
As business and property owners who have lived in the icy cold winters of Western New York and dealing with the lake effect snows, David and Brenda have a dream to eventually buy a little bar somewhere along the beach and enjoy "retirement" in Aruba. Both of us had a Caribbean dream and stumbled upon the island of Aruba as a port stop off of a cruise the day after our engagement. We hopped on a public bus in which we struck up a conversation with an islander who suggested for us to walk along the tourist area of Eagle beach because we only had a few hours on the Island. What then led to our marriage along that same beach, with 43 our dearest family and friends turned into a return celebration for our first anniversary one year later. Upon leaving the island on our first year anniversary, we knew that Aruba would be our future residence. During the next year we suffered one of the worst winters dumping over six feet of snow over the Western New York area and we became restless. During that time we started researching properties in Aruba in our spare time. When we arrived for our second anniversary we both dug in full speed ahead and spent four days looking at all the properties we researched and on the last day walked into this beautiful Caribbean Cozy Cove. As our mouths dropped open, Brenda began to cry and we both knew that this was our future home.

We purchased this property because of it's immaculate condition, and have hired the best property management team on the island to service and maintain it on every level, because we do intend to live in this property one day when we retire. This property is centrally located in a quiet residential area and is only a mere 11-14 minutes away from the hustle and bustle of all the beach activities and nightlife filled with tourist activities. MAY I STRONGLY ADVISE YOU to enjoy the nightlife and tourist areas but please don't let it steal all of your vacation because there are so many things this island has to offer, from the sites of ancient ruins in it's national park which includes beautiful beaches which are a magnificent site for the eyes to behold. One with polished black rocks where the you'll view the trade winds blow the waters a mile high into the sky. These beaches are 11 minutes in the opposite direction of the tourist area, they are what we believe are Aruba's best kept secret. Jeep tours are done in that area on a daily basis there. Which also leads me to another one of Aruba's best kept secrets which you can see from right outside your villa, which is the majestic Hooiberg (haystack) mountain less than a half mile from the property, which features a staircase leading to the top where the entire island for your eyes to embrace (Bring your Binoculars) . The neighborhood which surrounds this villa features it's own island at charm in which you should definitely take advantage of. It's a safe area to take a walk, where you may even be inclined to strike up a conversation with a few of the locals on the way , and may I say they are such a kind easy going people, so proud of their culture, naming this Aruba (One Happy Island). You will rarely see a face without a smile . This home is located within a very short walking distance to neighborhood pubs and eateries along with one of the islands most famous local bakery (a great suggestion for breakfast).

David fell in love with the spacious outdoor dining area leading to the deck and pool. Whether it's for a few days or a week long trip to paradise this house is perfect for you to relax and give you the platform to enjoy all the amenities Aruba has to offer. We also would suggest that you rent a car. We feel without it you will miss out on seeing many of this islands treasures. Although there is a bus route and many taxis available your experience of the island will be far better with your own vehicle.
