Villa Zeus

Very happy with the villa Zeus although needs a bit of tlc it was as described large villa. Large pool all very clean and great views we were very happy with our holiday and also very quick response to any communication needed

Excellent Villa

We have stayed in this fabulous villa with family and we had everything anyone needs. Large villa in a quiet area near the sea, the villa offers everything anyone asking, large pool, big verandas and beautiful barbecue area with beautiful view. We will definitely return back, thank you Kyriakos

This was the perfect property for our family trip, there were plenty of bedrooms for the 10 of us and the outside space was lovely, we spent most of the time outside by the pool and of an evening up by the bbq area.

Amazing villa in a great location. Kyriakos is fantastic with communication via email. We had a couple of problems on arrival, however these were felt with straight away. We would love to stay again in one of the villas.

großes Ferienhaus

Die Villa Zeus Sublime ist ein großes Ferienhaus mit 5 großen Schlafzimmern. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Die Matratzen sind von guter Qualität. Der Wohnbereich ist ebenfalls recht groß. Das Hauses ist gut gelegen in der Nähe von Pegeia bei Paphos. Die Sauberkeit ist generell gut. Die Anlage ist sehr schön mit großem Pool. Es gibt 2 schöne Außenterrassen. Die Möbel sind etwas älter und insbesondere in der Küche verschlissen. Die Küche verfügt über keine Kaffeemaschine. Ein einfacher Kaffeefilter muss reichen. Die Reinigungsleistung des Geschirrspülers ist sehr schlecht. Man muss häufig von Hand nachspülen. Der Kühlschrank ist sehr groß und gut. Das Billard konnten wir nicht nutzen, weil die Kugeln und die Queue defekt waren. Der Außengrill ist von einfacher Art. Eine Kohlenwanne mit kleineren Rosten. Das W-Lan ist sehr langsam und fällt immer mal wieder komplett aus. Die Poolheizung sollte 500,- Euro pro Woche kosten. Das war uns zu teuer. Ein echter Mangel ist, dass die beworbene Sauna defekt sei. Wenn man durch das Fenster in den Raum mit der Sauna schaut, sieht man, dass der Raum voller „Gegenständen“ ist. Es drängt sich der Verdacht auf, dass die Sauna schon länger defekt ist. Das ist sehr schade, weil wir uns auf die Sauna gefreut hatten. Die „Villa“ Zeus Sublime ist ein schönes Ferienhaus mit Mängeln. Man sollte nichts außergewöhnliches erwarten.

Hi Lothar Thank you for your review The sauna is working perfectly and is used often without any problems. The sauna & jacuzzi facilities are charged extra & on request few days before arrival. You knew before you book that the pool heating is charge extra and you rejected the pool heating, when we asked before you arrive. Kind regards Kyriakos kapsos
