This 3 bedroom casa is located on the north of Nerja, in the quiet area of urbanisation ‘El Algarrobo’. Just 20 minutes walk to the famous Burriana Beach. The property is built on 2 levels and is stylishly furnished to a high standard. It has its own private pool which has the sun all day. The patio is well furnished with 4 sun loungers, a four seat patio set and 6 seat dining table and chairs.. The lounge is very comfortable with modern sofas, satellite TV with all sports and film channels and CD player. There is an additional dining area with table and 4 chairs and a large fully fitted modern kitchen. The master bedroom has a bathroom en-suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and terrace area. From here there are lovely sea and mountain views and the balcony also catches the late evening sun which sets over the mountains. The 2nd bedroom is quite spacious with a double bed and a small Juliet balcony. The third bedroom has two single beds and with bedside tables and a small chest of draws.

We had a fantastic time at this property. Everything was exactly as stated in the advert. The private pool was great for relaxing and the property was extremely spacious inside and outside. The view from the upstairs balcony was amazing especially at night. The journey downhill to the beach and town was relatively easy if you have no mobility issues. We even did the return uphill journey on foot several times! Taxis were very easy to get and cost around 7 /8 euros from town. The local bus was also very convenient at 1 euro per person. All in all our holiday was very pleasant and John and Pat, the hosts were extremely helpful at all times.

Lovely Villa

Great villa! The villa has everything you need plus a lovely pool, the owner John is quick to answer if you have any questions, cheap regular bus service close by and taxi from Nerja centre only about €6, very good supermarket 10mins walk away, in all everything you need for an enjoyable holiday, which we certainly had 😃

Beautiful Villa

We had 10 sun filled days 😄 n this beautiful Villa. The pool was perfect the villa was amazing. The signal on the tv was a bit suspect at times but it didn't matter.

A very comfortable house in an excellent position to visit Nerja

This is a comfortable, modern and attractive house in a residential development just on the outskirts of Nerja, but only five minutes' drive to excellent beaches, shops and the old town centre. The house has air-conditioning, a modern kitchen and a small pool, all in very good condition. WE really enjoyed our stay here and found the owner easy to contact and helpful.

Excellent property

The villa is beautiful and well equipped. I would recommend hiring a car as the hill is very big! The views are stunning and its easy to get to town and the beach. The supermarket is just at the bottom of the hill. Communication with the host was excellent putting us at ease should we need anything.

Beautiful villa in stunning location

A beautiful villa with good size pool in stunning Nerja ‘village’ location which is a highly maintained tropical paradise having the added bonus of a v stylish series of outdoor pools and sunbathing area within a short walk from the villa. The villa is v well maintained with a lovely new kitchen, great view and everything else you need for your stay. John, the owner, is really helpful and very quick to respond. We didn’t hire a car so either walked into the ‘village’ centre or got a bus/taxi into Nerja. Would really recommend for a southern Spanish stay.

A most enjoyable holiday

Villa was excellent. Spacious enough for myself, husband & 2 sons. Well equipped and perfect for a relaxing holiday. Walk down to Burianna beach & Nerja was pleasant, as it was so hot didn’t attempt walk back up but taxi’s readily available for about 8 euros. Communication with owner was great, all went smoothly. Only negative was air con in main bedroom didn’t seem to work effectively enough. Otherwise, a thoroughly enjoyable stay in lovely location. Would not hesitate in booking again.

A lovely well equipped villa in peaceful surroundings

We enjoyed a lovely 10 days in the Villa. Check in and communication with John was fantastic. We received lots of information prior to departure and the Villa was beautifully clean and tidy when we arrived. Located in a quiet spot up the hill out of central Nerja. We loved the pool and found the communal pool just behind for a good proper swim in the mornings. Supermarkets were close by but a steep walk back to the villa. We would have enjoyed a BBQ but the kitchen was well equipped and very modern. A great base to explore the area - Burianna beach, Nerja caves, Frigilliana, Balcon de Europa.

Wonderful villa in lovely Nerja

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this villa. The property is much bigger than the pictures portray and the views are stunning. It is so quiet and peaceful allowing for a really relaxing holiday yet within easy walking distance into Nerja with its beaches, restaurants, tapas bars and shops - you are spoilt for choice. The pool was used daily and essential for the very hot weather we had during our stay. All communication with the owner from the onset was second to none. When we had a small issue with the air conditioning during our stay the owner couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend booking this villa, you will not be disappointed.

My husband, two children and I have been visiting Nerja for many years this was our first time to stay in this area of Nerja and we loved it. The views from our bedroom balcony and pool terrace were breathtaking, extremely peaceful location and the villa was fantastic. The villa is well equipped and the pool is fabulous. Our children are 8 and 6 years and although good swimmers it was great to be able to lock the grills on the door and know they couldn't swim unsupervised. It was the Commonwealth Games while we were staying and during breaks from the sun it was great to watch it on the large flat screen TV. Wi-fi and a docking station were also an added bonus. The villa was extremely comfortable. We hired a car for our stay. All correspondence with John and Pat was speedy and informative we would definitely recommend this property and love to stay again.

Family holiday

Overall, very nice villa , able to accommodate 6 people. Short drive to the town & beach in Nerja. Kitchen was brand new and well equipped. Pool was fairly small, but adequate for the 4 of us. 6 people might have been a bit cramped! We had a great stay, and Nerja is a fabulous location. The only real issue we had was the air on unit in the main bedroom. It cuts out after a few minutes. It can be re-started, but continues to cut out after a few minutes again. We ended up abandoning that room and slept in the third bedroom. I understand the air con unit is due to be serviced, so shouldn’t be a problem in the future.

Lovely holiday home with all the facilities you could need. It was very comfortable for our family of 5, in a peaceful location yet close to amenities, the beach and Nerja town centre. We loved the pool and outdoor spaces to relax in and the views were wonderful. We would definitely recommend it!

Nice property with great views

This is a lovely, well maintained and spacious house with a well equipped, modern kitchen. The extensive terrace and pool area has fantastic views of Nerja and the mountains to the west. We really enjoyed watching the sunset from the the upstairs verandah. There is ample parking at the house and it is easy to reach the main road and the supermarkets near by. The host was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. Thanks again for a nice time in Nerja.

Quiet street, great view, fully equipped

We had such a nice stay and were really happy with the house. Clean, cozy, fully equipped, wonderful terasses and nice pool. Any question at all were answered swiftly by John. The walk to Burriana beach is steep downhill, but a nice walk nonetheless. The neighbourhood were very nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

Hi, I am John Maguire and my wife Pat and I live in Southport in the North West of England. We visit Nerja as often as we can, generally about 3 to 4 times a year. However as we do not live in Spain we have appointed a management company who manage the running of the property for us. Amongst other things they ensure that the house is clean upon arrival and that all bed linen and towels are provided. We have been renting now over 10 for years and so far every one of our guests have said that they have had a lovely holiday. We realise that every one looks forward to their summer holiday and we want so much for you to enjoy your stay in our house.

Why they chose this property

Pat and I first visited Nerja in 2000. We were instantly delighted by its rustic charm and the way that it has retained so much of the natural Spanish way of life and is not over commercialised, as are so many other places on the Cost Del Sol. After our return home we saw an advert to purchase a 20% share in a villa in Nerja and after visiting once again we bought one of the shares from one of the 5 families that owned the property at that time. We were impressed with the space in the house, the quite location and the fact that it had its own private pool. However, one by one all of the other part owners sold out and moved on and Pat and I eventually ended up owning the house completely.

What makes this property unique

The house is only 45 minutes drive from Malaga airport and is in a quite location but within easy reach of all amenities. The pool and terrace take the sun from early morning to late evening and is quite private which makes it ideal for improving the tan. We find that on many days we do not even leave the house and can relax and sunbathe in private. The famous Burriana beach is only 5 minutes drive away as is the center of town. There are two golf courses within a 20 minute drive and the famous Nerja Caves are only 10 minutes away. you can also drive up to Frigiliana which is about 15 kilometers away. This is a beautiful village with a labyrinth of narrow and winding cobbled streets, with meticulously maintained whitewashed houses, that provide a stunning contrast against the blue skies and red slate roofs. The colourful plant pots brimming with bougainvillea, lavender and jasmine all add an extra dash of colour to this enchanting Spanish village.
