Holiday Villa in Nerja with private pool, and outstanding mountain and sea views

A luxury villa set in the beautiful urbanisation of Punta Lara, Nerja, which sleeps up to 6 adults, or 6 adults and 2 children under 12yrs. The villa commands spectacular views over the Sierra Almijara mountain range and down to the coast line of the Mediterranean Sea. With unrestricted views to the south, the villa enjoys sunshine from sunrise to sunset and the private pool provides a refreshing oasis to cool off in, ideal for all the family!

Bedrooms - The villa is arranged over two floors, presenting a master bedroom with full en-suite facilities, air con and large terrace balcony, and a further three bedrooms, one double (with ceiling fan & air conditioning), one twin-bedded (with ceiling fan & air conditioning) and one twin bedroom (with air conditioning) on the ground floor (suitable for those with limited mobility). There are three bathrooms, master en-suite, family bathroom on the first floor and a shower room on the ground floor. Please note there are no baths in this property.

Lounge/Diner - The living accommodation comprises of a lounge/dining room with air con plus TV and DVD Player, together with a wide selection of DVD's suitable for all and WIFI facilities to ensure that access to the internet is guaranteed for either personal, or, business needs. Dining facilities include a formal dining area seating six persons and an informal outdoor patio dining facility again seating six persons comfortably.

The upstairs terraced balcony also presents two luxurious sun loungers with amazing views of the Sierra Almijara Mountains and Nerja. Kitchen - The fitted kitchen is fully equipped with dish-washer, washing machine, oven and hob, micro-wave and large fridge-freezer.

Pool Area – The villa boasts a private 12ft by 18ft pool and can be heated for a supplementary cost, between Apr - June & Oct subject to weather. The patio is fully equipped with 6 further luxury sun-loungers, & parasol

Absolutely fabulous stay

Stayed for 2 weeks, 6 adults family. Access to property on arrival was easy. Location 5mins walk to beach, beach bar also 5mins walk. 25-30min walk along the beach into town, also local bus every hour. Or can order taxi for approx €7-€8. Pool and house was fab, no concerns. Would definitely stay there again. Nerja is a lovely bubbly place, lots of cafe, bars, shops. Really enjoyed our stay.

Spacious villa with 4 bedrooms all with aircon and wardrobes. Nice living area opening up onto terrace with table and chairs. TV with English channels. Good kitchen and outside BBQ for cooking. Pool was good though a little small. Location of villa is good, 5 min walk from the nearest beach and 10 minute drive from Nerja town centre. All in all we really enjoyed our holiday and would definitely go back.

Lovely villa with great facilities

Villa as described, I would say that the 4 bed 3 bathroom is comfortable for 6 adults. All mod cons, clean and felt safe with house alarm and gated boundary. The neighbouring property has a ‘washing’ shower at the front of the property which we found a little odd but not particularly intrusive, their villa is slightly higher elevated so we could say hello as they strolled for a wash! Location was a good 25 min stroll from Nerji and rather uncomfortable in the heat so took advantage of the hourly bus service down on the main road at 1 euro each and a taxi home at c9euro. A fabulous holiday enjoyed by all.

Lovely relaxing stay

We are 6 (women) friends and we stayed here for a week. Lovely villa, well equipped for all our needs. Grateful for the aircon too! Great pool (no need for heating!) and sunbeds! The outdoor dining area provides much needed shade. The area was quiet when we were there. 10 mins walk to a small minimarket for basics (wine etc!!), there are a few nice restaurants dotted around but we went into Nerja most evenings. Pleasant walk along the beach (there is a path as the beach is dusty and stony - the water is fantastic for swimming tho!)), takes about 30 mins into Nerja. Taxis back average €10. We all loved it - highly recommended for a relaxing break!

VACACIONES CON AMIGOS

La casa está muy bien situada, a pocos minutos andado de la playa, y muy cerca de Nerja a la que también se puede ir andando. La urbanización en la que se encuentra es muy tranquila, y la piscina es ideal para el verano. Todo en la casa estaba perfecto. Hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia.

La casa para dos familias está genial aunque la terraza para comer y cenar, y el menaje de cocina un poco justa, la piscina no es muy grande pero sirve, la ubicación apenas a dos kilómetros del pueblo, y a 10 minutos andando de la playa. 4 habitaciones amplias y cómodas y tres baños completos muy prácticos

La estancia en general bastante buena la casa limpia y comoda. La unica pega el sistema de aire acondicionado;fallo en baterias bastante frecuente y el mantenimiento del alumbrado exterior.Por lo demas bastante contentos.

Beautiful, spacious, fully equipped villa close to beach and town

We had a wonderful 10 days at this fully equipped, beautiful house. The pool was lovely and the 6 sun loungers really comfortable. It was great to have an umbrella for shade and other games to play in the pol like bat and ball. Air conditioning was excellent and along with the ahutters kept everything cool. It was a short 5 min walk to the local convenience store and a bit further for the beach. The walk into Nerja along the beach was about 25 mins but we used the car and parked on the outskirts of town. Loads to see and do in Nerja and lots of lovely restaurants. Definitely recommend. Tony and Jacky extremely helpful and friendly
