Welcome to Fuerteventura Villa Pax! This beautiful renovated 5 star vacation rental home is on one of the best seafront locations in Corralejo with spectacular ocean views of the islands of Lanzarote and Isla de Los Lobos and direct access to a wonderful beach. You don't need a car - it is all on the doorstep. With only a five minute walk to 4 grocery stores, many restaurants and the main street of Corralejo plus the famous dunes national seashore. The villa is ideally situated for all to enjoy and yet it's still quiet at night.

Fuerteventura Villa Pax is on two levels and is finished to a very high standard. It is very well maintained as our home away from home (not a rental business) with modern kitchen, bathrooms with large walk in showers, spacious lounge, TV room and very high quality beds with memory foam mattresses that together with the gentle sound of the waves at night make for good nights sleep.

Notes on Accommodation:
• Cancellation policy: Refunds (minus commissions etc.) will be provided for cancelled days that are re-booked by someone else.
• The property is in a quiet, peaceful, gated residential community, not a holiday complex. If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday, right on the beach then this is the place for you, but entertaining and loud noise is not allowed.
• Quoted price from VRBO includes an additional charge of £150/person per week (plus VAT) for more than 2 people.
• A 7% charge for Canary Island VAT (IGIC) is included, but not itemized, in the Vrbo quote.
• Parking available on street outside of complex.
• Maximum accommodation is 6 people, including up to 2 children.
• Like all hotels in Spain, at check-in you will need to fill in some forms to register with the police.

A Villa in the sun

This villa is fantastic. It is spacious, well maintained and has everything that you could need for a great independent holiday. The views of the beach across to Los Lobos and Lanzarote are amazing. The area is quiet but only a 5 minute walk to the town for the buzz if you want it. Highly recommended!!

Perfect Location

We stayed here with our teenage daughter and her partner. The villa was clean and spacious, and in a perfect location. Only five minutes from bars and restaurants but very peaceful. The villa is actually in a terrace of villas but the residential rules make it perfect for a peaceful rest. Mark and Janne were in contact with us as we arrived and also emailed us two days into our vacation to make sure we were happy with everything. Very happy with our holiday. Thank you for hosting us

Great location and a very nice Villa.

Great Villa great location, we had a perfect two weeks in Janne and Marks loverly holiday home. The information package provided is extensive and shows the couples love of Fuerte and knowledge of the island. It’s quiet during the evenings but also a short five minute walk to the Main Street and another shopping area where the supermarkets are. The saltwater pool is great and big hit with our grandkids who both really improved their swimming, The beaches are not crowded which makes Corralejo feel more upmarket than mainland Spain, I could go on but the reviews tell you everything you need to know. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Beachfront house

This is a beautiful beach front property in the perfect location. The house itself is larger than we expected with 3 good size bedrooms downstairs and very large master upstairs. The living space and kitchen are beautifully furnished and the view is just amazing. It is worth getting up early to watch the sunrise from the sun loungers by the swimming pool. The outdoor seating area and pool deck is very private and well furnished and the pool itself is a real treat. The owner could not have been more helpful and provided a lot of very useful information not just about the property itself but about Corralejo in general. The check in and check out process was easy and the local property manager was very helpful. Overall probably one of the best properties in the area, we will definitely be going back.

Die Villa gehört zu den wenigen in Corralejo, die direkt am Strand ist und einen beheizten Salzwasserpool hat und in einer ruhigen Anlage situiert ist. Trotzdem ist man sehr nahe dem Zentrum (in 5 Minuten). Die Liegen direkt am Pool, mit Blick aufs Meer.... das hat schon was. Parkplätze sind gratis, rund um die Anlage. Alles war sauber und hat eine gute Ausstattung in den vielen Räumen.

Lovely break with super accommodation

Beautiful property, well equipped with great outside space and pristine pool, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and other shops. No need for a car unless you want to travel around the island which I would recommend. Owners provided a great guide to the island which we put to good use use. In addition Wi-Fi excellent.

An absolutely perfect beach villa

We have never had such an amazing stay in Fuerteventura!! The owners of the house are very kind and the communication was simply amazing. We immediately felt safe as a family and could not have ask for a better welcome. We were welcomed by the house keeper Gonzalo, who was super nice and showed us everything about the house. The villa was super clean, modern and has everything you need. The location is a dream: it’s right at the beach and has a nice pool for the hot summer days. The villa also has an advanced alarm system, which was of big importance for us as a family! There was not a single thing that we did not absolutely love and can 100% recommend this villa. We are hoping to come back very soon!!!!

The house was brilliant, large, bright and airy. A spacious modern kitchen with everything we needed. The bathrooms were really large and spacious with modern walk in showers. Mark and Janne, the owners, gave us all the information we needed for a great hassle free holiday. They were very helpful throughout the whole booking process and right up until the end of our holiday. We will definitely go back and book with them again. The outside area consisted of a nice pool and plenty of seating area to chill or enjoy a bbq. Another great plus, we could just walk out of the gate and straight onto the beach. The house is in a quiet area but just a short stroll to the centre so is in a great location.

Wonderful villa with everything you need

We loved our stay in the villa - great location for the beach/pool/shops/restaurants with no need for a car. Simply The Best

This Villa is every bit as good as the description with a layout and facilities that are truly exceptional. The beds too are to a very high standard which was a real bonus. Everything was well maintained and the owner who was very helpful throughout clearly takes a pride in achieving such a high standard. The pool was at a very comfortable temperature and sitting there taking in the breath-taking views out to sea was without doubt the true experience of relaxation. The villa is in a very quiet location but only a short walk to the local supermarket, shops and restaurants . We hired a car for the week from "Goldcar" at a very reasonable rate but it was mainly used as a taxi to and from the airport. This was because the Villa and its surroundings offered so much we preferred to make the most of it rather than travelling about in a car! I would recommend this Villa without any hesitation or reservation.

A fantastic villa in the perfect location ...

Our group of 5 stayed here for 6 days and enjoyed everything the villa, Corralejo and the fantastic weather could offer. Everything far exceeded our expectations. Not only did the villa have everything you could ever need + a brilliant heated pool but - being able to exit the rear gate directly onto the beach and paddling and snorkelling in the sea just topped it off. Our 12 year old asked if we could just go home without her!! The views across to Lobos Island and watching the ferries from Lanzarotte come and go, and watching the windsurfers at play meant that there was always something to be entertained by when lounging at the poolside. This being our first time in Corralejo we were amazed by the number of shops within a very short walking distance - ranging from supermarkets, the usual tourist gift shops, to high end fashion and jewellery boutiques and we have never seen so many and so varied restaurants within such a relatively small area. The villa was perfect, the views were perfect, the weather was perfect, the food was perfect .... It was all perfect! ... Back to the wind and rain until next time..

Amazing location

We always choose a Villa holiday two or three times a year and this one has been the best location so far. We could sunbathe by the pool whilst watching the girls in the rock pools. Also enjoyed the walk along the beach to the town. Lovely quiet position, but close to all amenities

We are a family that really likes water sports and had been looking for a place to escape the wet, dark, cold northern European climate and when we came to Fuerteventura we just fell in love with the place.

Why they chose this property

This vacation rental home is very spacious and we have our own private heated saltwater pool, with the beach on our doorstep. From the moment we step off the plane we just feel so relaxed. We enjoy walks to the amazing sand dunes every day while we are there. The weather is wonderful, nice and sunny never too hot because of the gentle breeze.

In the past we had stayed at many private villas and with one notable exception, they never met our expectations. We've worked very hard to ensure that our guests will be pleased to find our property as good as our website pictures (or better) and everything is in very good condition. The beds are fantastic, the lounge is very spacious, the bathrooms are modern and very clean and the kitchen is almost new and the whole villa is well maintained

What makes this property unique

This vacation rental home is on the beach with great views of Lobos Island and Lanzarote. Surfing, windsurfing, SUP boarding and snorkling are right out the door. The villa is convenient to all the shops and restaurants but is also very quiet.

It is just a 30 minute drive from the airport and we have a wonderful and helpful porperty manager who looks after it
