Beautiful Villa with Pool, Pool Bar, Terraces & Wi-Fi

On the Canary Island of Fuerteventura, the dreamlike Villa Annunaki is situated in a quiet and idyllic residential area on the outskirts of the village Lajares.

Lajares has got 1500 inhabitants with 32 nationalities.



The villa, built at the foot of the volcano, extends across 250 m² of living space and offers a living and dining area separated by 2 steps, a huge and very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2 of them with double beds and a third one with a double bed and a single bed) as well as 2 bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a luxurious bathtub jacuzzi.



A separate guest house overlooks the swimming pool and comprises a room (one double bed +one single bed), another kitchen and a bathroom, which will allow you to be independant.



The villa can therefore accommodate 8 people.

Amenities also include Wi-Fi, DVD player, a soundbar and a smart TV. The internet is stable and works well, except in one of the bedrooms.



The absolute highlight is the outdoor area, where several sun terraces with loungers, a plancha and complete outdoor furniture to ensure you have a relaxing holiday.



For the children a baby bed and a high chair are available.

They can enjoy the play house in the garden.





The ultimate feature is the private pool with a pool bar, which invites you to cool off on hot summer days with an aperitif or a fruity cocktail.

An outdoor shower is also at your disposal.



A supermarket is 2.2 km or a 5-minute drive away and a selection of restaurants is 1.7 km away in the village of Lajares.

The accommodation is also an ideal starting point for unforgettable beach excursions. The beaches of Corralejo and El Cotillo are located 15 and 10 minutes on foot from the house.



Sports enthusiasts will be able to play tennis, surf, kite, windsurf, yoga, go biking, hiking, among others.

Parking is available on the property and on the road.



There are 2 cameras (one in the living room and one in the kitchen), which both point to the main entrance.

The cameras are very old and are not operational at all
