• IMPORTANT: Per HOA rules, private amenities are unavailable to guests during 2026 holiday blackout dates: Jan 17-19, Feb 14-16, May 23-25, July 1-5, Sept 5-7, Nov 26-29, and Dec 24–Jan 3.

Tahoe Donner Public Amenities
• Open to all: Everyone can enjoy access to Tahoe Donner’s hiking and mountain biking trails, equestrian center, downhill and cross-country ski areas, and the snow play park.

NOTES
• Tahoe is dusty in the summer and snowy in winter. We request that you take off your shoes in the inside entryway, which is equipped with a coat closet and separate coat rack as well as shoe racks for your convenience.
• For security, we have cameras outside which captures video of people entering and leaving the house.
• This home is located in the famous Tahoe forest. Trees abound!!! Sledding on the property is therefore at your own risk--we urge our guests to use reasonable caution and wear protective gear. In the winter, please stay clear of icicles that may form on the house perimeter.

• Check-in time is 3PM
• Check-out time is 10AM
• Early check-ins and late checkouts are granted a week ahead of time for NO additional fee, but only IF the home will be ready for occupancy.
