Amazing apartment with Shared Pool near the beach

The apartment is located in a quiet part of town but only 5 minutes walk to the glorious beach, restaurants and shops. With a supermarket two minutes walk away. There are two pools at the apartment, one for children and plenty of space around the pools. Armacao de Pera is also the perfect base for sightseeing, shopping and general fun with the Algarve shopping centre 10 minutes drive away, the famous ZooMarine with the amazing dolphin show only 5 minutes drive away and at least two water parks at Alcantarilha and Lagoa both within 15 minutes drive away.

Good sized apartment. Well located for beaches, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Has all you need for a holiday stay inc dishwasher and washing machine. Hosts give good communication so would highly recommend.

Excellent apartment at walking distance from a nice beach. The landlords are very communicative, friendly and quickly came to help when we had a little issue. Whenever we return to the Algarve we will know where to stay.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT

This is our second visit to this apartment,we were met by Jose on arrival,this apartment is spotless,well maintained and has everything you need for self catering.5 minute walk to the beautiful beach which stretches for miles,we tried several restaurants and the food was excellent.The 2 swimming pools were great with plenty of sun loungers available.Transport ie bus stop only 2 minutes from apartment,plenty of taxis available,we hope to return again.

Great location and fabulously equipped apartment

My husband, 14 year old and I stayed here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect - just a short walk from the beach, 2 big supermarkets and more restuarants than you can visit in 2 weeks! We also hired a car to explore the Algarve and we found loads of places within a 30 min drive that it suited all our interests. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed as a family of 3. It was great to have a dishwasher, washing machine and airer so that menial tasks were done quickly. Being an apartment in a block with tiled floors does make it noisy at times, but to be expected. The pool is also a great addition too - especially in August. It's accessed via a short walk around the block and you can see it from the balcony so can assess how busy it it. We found people from lots of different countries stay within the block so you can always find someone of your nationality. The positioning of the blocks means you can find plenty of sun or shade to suit and the pool was just the right temperature to cool off on a hot day! We loved the town and ate out every night as there are so many restuarants to suit all tastes and wallets. We found all the serving staff to be welcoming and friendly and all spoke with great English it was never a problem to order and make any requests etc. We will definitely be back!

Es war leider nicht sauber geputzt, Kühlschrank sehr verschmutzt, Küche eher schmuddelig, besonders die Küchenfronten, Schubladen reparaturbedürftig,.Das Schlimmste war,dass besonders um das gesamte Gebäude Hundekot war,so viel haben wir in ganz Portugal nicht gesehen,richtig eklig.Lage war gut

Apartamento espaçoso e muito bem equipado. A cozinha tem tudo o que é necessário para preparar diversas refeições e os eletrodomésticos são de qualidade. O ar condicionado também é ótimo.O apartamento é muito perto da praia e o caminho a pé faz-se muito tranquilamente. Estivemos alojados na primeira quinzena de agosto. Encontramos um alojamento de acordo com a descrição, tendo todos os eletrodomésticos e utensílio necessários a uma estada confortável. Fomos muito bem recebidos pela D.ª Elsa e pelo Sr. José, que rapidamente resolveram uma pequena avaria na canalização da cozinha. Disfrutamos da piscina, que apesar de concorrida, nunca impediu que a utilizamos à vontade e em segurança. A praia fica a 5/7 minutos de caminhada. Pelo caminho há todo o tipo de lojas e restaurantes. Há um supermercado nas traseiras do empreendimento e outro a poucas centenas de metros. Esperamos poder voltar num futuro próximo.

My name is Elsa and we are a couple with 2 kids. We live near Lisbon and we love the Algarve.
When we need to relax, fantastic weather with sun and beaches ... we go to the Algarve.

Why they chose this property

We love the Algarve because almost all year we have a long summer. The area and location of the apartment are fantastic.

There are some beautiful beaches and a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Faro airport less than an hour drive away.

What makes this property unique

The apartment itself is so well situated, on 3rd floor with lift and we can walk to the sea in less than 5 minutes or use the communal pool.
The apartment has a really new and airy feel and has everything you need on a holiday.
The kids are perfectly safe as we have fixed mesh to the balcony and it is all on one level.
