Seasons Collection on Compass Bay. Sleeps 6. 3 bedroom, brand new, 2 storey townhouse with shared heated pool and children's play area. Wifi access. This town home will cater for all parties be it couple, small families or larger families as well as golfing parties. Compass Bay is located on side of US Highway 192 which allows excellent access to all of the major attractions and golf courses that Orlando has to offer. Superbly furnished to maximise you holiday experience. Superb location with easy access to Disney, Universal, Sea World, Discovery Cove, shopping, golf, etc. Superbly furnished. Great location for Disney

Great location for Disney, shops and restaurants in Kissimmee. House great for family holidays. Traffic noise in master bedroom was quite loud. Some of the bedroom furniture was quite worn.

Excellent place to stay

Had a lovely stay here for 10 nights. House was fairly clean and had ample space for the 6 of us. Good sized bedrooms and beds, living room was massive and plenty of room in the kitchen. Simon replied to my queries promptly and I would definitely stay here again. Easy access to local shops, restaurants and Disneyworld.

Fantastic location and wonderful property

We had a great holiday in the house. The location is absolutely brilliant for trips to disney and sea world, both of which are within 15 minutes. There are a range of supermarkets (walmart and publix) and restaurants within very easy reach. The house itself has everything you need and was a perfect size for our family of 4. Very good space downstairs and 3 large, comfy bedrooms upstairs. I thought it was amazing value and would 100% recommend.

Great Location

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property. It is in a great location with an excellent communal heated pool. We would have preferred a rear terrace area however there was plenty of sun and shaded seating around the pool just a few minutes away. The property has great facilities and would would certainly return to this location again. Excellent communication from Simon throughout - thank you.

Great location and spacious house

Lovely large, clean villa in a gated community that we have been to before. Compass Bay is a brilliant location with a good communal pool, close proximity to parks, restaurants and supermarkets. House a great size for 6 guests. Beds comfy, kitchen well equipped. My only negative is that the games room isn’t as good as it looks in the description, but we were so busy it didn’t impact us and we never raised it as an issue. Unless a games room is important to you I would thoroughly recommend this property and Simon was good to deal with.

Fantastic Holiday Home

We stayed here for 4 nights as our first stop on our trip! We were so impressed with everything! Easy to get to, very well equipped, fantastic pool & playground - walkable (about 10mins) to Walmart & restaurants! Would definitely stay again!

Christmas Holiday

This year we threw every tradition aside and spent Christmas in Kissimmee. We are so glad that we did. I would recommend Simons home and we will stay again. The Harvest home had everything we needed. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the home was very spacious. We had 0 issues. Very close to Disney, Disney Springs, restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend and Simon was great to work with.

Amazing, luxurious and a great location!

From the moment we stepped into Seasons 3071 property we knew we were going to feel at home. A beautiful house with everything provided that you can imagine; very clean and spacious. In a great location for all the major attractions yet the complex itself is very tranquil with a gorgeous pool area. The complex (Compass Bay) is very well maintained and very safe and secure - even the ducks that wander around are very chilled! Plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance and also a big Walmart down the road. All in all, we cannot praise this property enough and will definitely be returning. Thank you Simon.

Fantastic home - the details make the difference!

WOW! This home had it all! From the fully stocked kitchen, to the ample supplies of beach toys, pool towels, and kid items, it was by far the best vacation home that we have stayed in, in Kissimmee. I loved that all of the bedrooms were located on the same floor. The appliances were great and were not loud, meaning we could run them while sleeping and not disturb anyone. I would stay here, again and again.

2 week stay

We stayed here for two weeks recently and can't recommend this villa highly enough. The location was excellent and it was a very peaceful community, when we arrived I was so pleased with our choice, the villa was spotless and looked exactly as the pictures promised. The kids loved the mickey bedroom and the games room was a huge hit too! There are plenty of restaurants close by and travel times to the parks were good too, having been to Orlando 8 times previously this was our first villa stay and hopefully it won't be the last.

A great place to stay

Ideal location was easy to find thanks to Simons instructions we loved staying here as we walked a couple of nights to restaurants. The house has everything you need for your stay and is really clean. I would definitely recommend this place

Beautiful home perfect for Disney world.

Simon has been fantastic to work with in booking his home. The communication from him and the management company in Florida is exemplary. The home is beautiful, well maintained and very well fitted throughout. It is in a very quiet off road secure setting and is in a superb location for access to both Disney World theme parks and associated parks. Its a terrible shame we had to leave we loved it that much. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to other families.

Excellent ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wife and I along with our 2 children stayed here in June 2016. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the size of this holiday home, it was perfect for our needs and ideally located for all the parks and locally eateries as they are only a short drive away. The garage/games room was a good method of entertaining the kids of an evening as we had family pool and darts competitions. The communal pool is secure and a nice relaxing place to be as it is always relatively quiet unlike regular hotel pools, we often went there to wind down in the late afternoon following a park visit. Booking the accommodation was straight forward and made pleasantly easy due to the high levels of customer service we encountered, I would definitely recommend this rental home and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent Accomodations

Simon's property comes highly recommended. This home is spacious, very clean, well equipped, and in a great location. It is a 5-10 minute drive from Disney and close to several restaurants and shopping. We had excellent service from both Simon and the management company. Would love to stay here again next year.

A home from home in a great location

The property is really well presented and has all the facilities you need for a holiday. The highlights are really spacious living areas with a games room for the children and the communal pool area is very well kept and excellent for recovering from hard days at the theme parks. Although it is communal it is rarely very busy and very spacious. Only takes 10 minutes to get to Disney parks and is around the corner from Walmart. Couldn't ask for more and would thoroughly recommend this property. We will be returning.

Fantastic holiday

We arrived for a 2 week holiday on the 8th October 2014. The home was a perfect size and the kitchen well equipped although the only cooking we did involved the toaster. There are so many places to eat just a short drive away that there was no need to cook. Wal-Mart is a very short distance from the house and great for anything you need. We were a bit anxious about not having our own pool but it was not a problem. The pool was just a minute away and it was so warm - gorgeous!! The parks are all within an easy drive - especially Disney which was straight along the toll road about 4 miles. We are a family of four, the kids are 10 and 12 and we hope to get back to Florida in 4 years.We will definitely look at staying here again. Thank you for allowing us to use your home .

Dream holiday

we had excellent stay at this great house, we have 3 children and the layout was excellent, Kids loved the play station and the pool table/air hockey. the pool area is great, also a small park for the kids, the location of the house is brilliant , can walk to plenty of restaurants and Walmart , driving is also very easy with sat nav provided in property, disney is 10 mins away universal 20 mins away, Would stay here again ! Close to everything, convenient

Gated community in close proximity to everything. Simon was easily reachable and answered any questions I had pre and post arrival. Pool was a nice bonus.

CLU Mens Volleyball

Overall… a fantastic place to stay, unwind and relax. Quick and easy access to all the parks, but distance to the OCCC (convention center) was challenging just due to the traffic! We enjoyed the place but unfortunately never found the time for a game of billiards! Thanks, Cal Lutheran Men’s Volleyball
