Luxurious 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium with full kitchen and washer and dryer in unit. Brand new leather sofa and living room furniture. Brand new 40 inch flat screen TV in master bedroom.
Free high-speed internet access, flat screen High Definition Cable TV in living room and master bedroom, Cable TV in all 3 bedrooms, bathrooms with towels, hairdryers, lighted makeup mirrors, tile floors, and granite countertops. Full kitchen includes full size refrigerator, garbage disposal, granite countertops, dishwasher, stove with full oven, and microwave. Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower in master.

Great location very close to Disney World attractions as well as Sea World and Universal Studios. Great access to theme parks, shopping, restaurants, night life, and the convention center.

Resort includes two pools including a pirate themed pool with zero-entry, which is great for young children. Pool also includes shooting water cannons, water slide, Jacuzzi-style hot tubs, tumbling waterfalls, and poolside loungers and hammocks. Pool area also includes full bar with exotic drinks and food menu.

Resort also includes great Irish Pub, Pizza Hut Cafe Express and a full spa and salon. Great factory store shopping is right next door.

The resort also includes a fitness center which can be accessed 24 hours a day as well as a Convenience Store and Gift Shop. Walmart, Grocery Store, Super Target and Sams Club shopping is a very short drive as well.

Very nice resort

Clean, spacious condo. Quiet resort, well-maintained. Close to Disney resorts. Had a few really yummy meals at the Irish Pub. Enjoyed our stay!

Great for Families

This was a great location and place to stay while we were in Orlando for a cheer competition. We loved the pool and close proximity to the parks was a big bonus! The convenience store was also nice to have next door. Condo was spacious and had great balcony.

Lovely condo close to Disney

My family and I stayed here for a week while visiting Disney. It’s very close to all of the parks, which was perfect. Viewing the Fireworks from the balcony was definitely an added bonus. We took a few days off from the parks and my son (5) loved the pirate ship pool. Would definitely recommend this condo for families wanting to visit Disney and not spend the mega bucks that it costs to stay on Disney property.

Perfect Location for Orlando Parks

My family stayed at this property for a few nights to allow us to go to some of the Disney parks, shops, and Sea World. Everything about the property was as advertised and my kids enjoyed the pools. Disney is only a few minutes drive so this property was in a convenient location. We would consider staying here again on our next trip to Orlando.

Pleasant stay, close to everything.

Looking for places to stay on our first drip to Disney was a bit overwhelming but staying at this rental turned out to be a great experience. Communication from owner was prompt, location was great and close to everything. A great bonus was getting to see the fireworks from the balcomy!

Universal and Disney Family Vacation

The condo was very conveniently located for quick commutes to Disney and Universal Studios. It was also close to Walmart, outlet stores, and restaurants. My kids loved using the pool each night. The owner was very responsive and answered all questions. I would recommend this place for a family that is looking for a convenient place to stay in Orlando!

Spring break

Nice ! Close enough to everything yet plenty of privacy. Pool was great. Some food across the road and an outlet mall. Close to highway and Disney, short jump to Universal. Pretty quiet at night. Watched Disney fireworks from balcony. Would definitely rent again.

Absolutely Amazing

I rented this unit for 6 nights for my birthday. And I’m so glad I did it. It’s like being at home. We had everything there that we needed. The unit was spotless. Having a washer and dryer was great. We only had to pack half of what we’d normally pack. Seeing the fireworks every night was a bonus! We were close to everywhere we wanted to go. There’s a Walmart and a Publix right out the other side of the property. You can see it from the balcony. Rob is awesome. Great communication with him before,during and after my trip. I can’t wait to come back!!

Nice, Comfortable place to stay, close to everything

This condo is in a great location to Disney Parks, taking only minutes to get to. Not to add in the backyard of an outlet mall. a light down from a wal-mart and TJ Max, those are very important to me. It a comfortable, spacious place to stay and a great price. Rob was very accommodating and good to work with. We were able to see Disney's fireworks from the balcony. :) The swimming pool is nice and my grandson enjoyed the pirate ship/water slide. We had a nice lunch from the bar area on one of our days off from the parks while we soaked up the sun. The activities for the children were a bonus. The TV's in the master and guest bedrooms did not work, not a big deal for those who don't care to watch it while in Bed, but we missed it. We loved the little store in the complex, had everything we could possibly need and then some, even PIzza Hut, Ice Cream bars and a small coffee bar.. We also enjoyed the pub across the parking lot. Yummy fish and Chips. I would recommend this place and will probably keep it in mind when we return.

Amazing property with all of the amenities

Location is great, especially once you figure out the back way around town to avoid the traffic. Property owner was very clear from start to finish as far as check in/out, expectations and everything in between. Pros: location is close to everything. We didn’t do any parks, but knew they were nearby. Gas stations, stores, and food were within minutes of us. Two pools whether you had kids or adults only. We didn’t use the more peaceful pool, just the main pool. Great seating, pool towels provided, music and very clean. The grounds are well maintained. In room laundry was great to pack light! Bring your own laundry soap! Kitchen was stocked with pots and pans, utensils, a blender, coffee maker, etc. Dishwasher on site, bring your own detergent! Staff on site were all very friendly. Each closet had hangers, there was also an iron if you needed. Freezer had an ice maker - bonus! Each room has an overhead fan to help keep the condo cool, didn’t need to keep ac constantly running with the fans and window coverings. Cons: We had two keys on lanyards and they always worked on floor two of the garage, never at the main door and sometimes on floor one. While the rooms are no smoking, others were smoking on their balconies making it hard to sit outside. There were some issues with cleanliness, I will direct those to the condo owner as it’s directed to the cleaning company, not the owner. In end, we would stay again. Rob was an amazing host!

Parking

Parking was challenging. If you visit Disney and stay at the parks late, by the time we got back, there was no parking in or around the building. We had to go to another building to park. The other issue is the spaces are tight. Some people were rude and did not park correctly and it made it impossible to park in one of the few available spaces one evening. Also it can be tricky to find a valet cart to transport your luggage. They are supposed to be in the garage near the center entrance for the elevators. Took me a moment and asking a few people before I found one. Other than that the Condo was a great place to stay.

My family's first disney vacay

The property was so conveniently located. We were so close to every attraction and convenience that we needed. The owner was awesome in his communication and taking care of everything that was needed. It was clean and comfortable. Would recommend and have recommended to my friends and family.

This place is great for the price. It is a bit outdated. Definitely needs new carpet at least. The location is great you can see the Disney fireworks from the balcony. The pool is great! My daughter loved the pool. The condo is very spacious.

Great location

First time to Orlando with family. It seemed like a great location-within walking distance to stores. Convenience store across the way, very convenient0- but pricey. They weather and pools were a little bit cool in March- but hot tubs available. Seeing the fireworks each night was a great little perk. Set up worked perfectly for 2 kids, 2 parents and 2 grandparents. Overall a very comfortable stay. Thank you

Location location location

This condo is the perfect location For fast access to Disney and universal! Our family of 6 enjoyed the condo plenty of space and for those that didn’t attend the parks daily we have a great balcony a pool or shopping all within walking distance. Thanks Rob!
