Chalet Nouveau: Comfortable Apartment with 3 en suite bedrooms and free parking
Chalet Nouveau is located in the French village of Les Gets, part of the Portes du Soleil region a very popular skiing and summer mountain activity destination. The property is located in a quiet area set back from the main road but very close to all amenities.
The apartment offers spacious accommodation over 101msq on four different levels. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, a large living area and several balconies.
The living and dining area seats up to 7 comfortably and has a log fire with wood provided. There is a smart tv enabling access to your digital channel accounts, a bluetooth Bose speaker and lots of board games and books. Free Wifi is also provided at the chalet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & hob, dishwasher, fridge freezers and a microwave. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots and pans. The dining table seats up to 7 seats and a high chair is available.
Bedroom 1 is on the top floor of the chalet. There are two single beds which can be pushed together to make a large double, plenty of storage space and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink & toilet.
This room has a balcony which catches the afternoon sun.
Additionally it has a small room with a low ceiling off it for the 7th guest which has a mattress on the floor and is suitable for children or adults if they mind their head!
Bedrooms 2 & 3 are on the 2nd floor.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bath/shower, basin & toilet. It also has a balcony.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed, wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, basin & toilet.
Bedding and towels are not provided but can be hired and an after stay clean can be arranged,
The garage offers secure storage for skis and bikes and a washing machine.
There is an additional cloakroom downstairs next to the garage with a toilet & sink.
New for the 2025/26 winter season we have a ski locker at the main Chavannes lift which can be hired for an additional fee.
Private parking spaces are allocated at the front of the chalet and there is plenty of space for at least 2 cars.
Our local agent is available to advise on access to the chalet and support you during your stay in Les Gets.

We live in the UK with our two children and visit Les Gets in the summer and the winter as often as we can.
We bought Chalet Nouveau from new in autumn 2003 and have watched the ongoing investment in the resort of Les Gets and its growing popularity year on year.

Why they chose this property
We had previously skied in Morzine and thought that was where we wanted to buy a chalet but then we discovered Les Gets which is a smaller village with everything within walking distance. We love Les Gets because there is so much to do in the area in both the winter and summer. In the winter you are in a family ski resort with lots of restaurants and shops and in the summer the village is buzzing with mountain bikers, walkers and golfers. The village also has a swimming lake with stunning views and the ski lifts are open in the summer for bikers and walkers to enjoy the wildlife and scenery.

What makes this property unique
The chalet is part of a small complex of modern apartments. It has three double/twin en-suite bedrooms. A spacious kitchen/living area with a large balcony, a garage for storing equipment and lots of parking at the front. The log fire is great in the winter but we also use it on chilly summer evenings. You can walk to the lifts and village in minutes. In the summer you can walk to the tennis courts which which we love doing in the evening as the view of the sun setting on the mountains is beautiful.
