Waterside 304 is a third floor apartment accessible by lift or stairs offering far reaching views over the Caribbean sea from the private terrace and living area. This apartment is fully furnished completed with a designer fitted kitchen and 5 star bathrooms equipped with everything you could wish for and more! Waterside is a secure wall gated development and is surrounded by indigenous mature plants around the perimeter of the site for privacy. The apartment is fully air-conditioned has 2 independent bathrooms, broadband, Plasma TV and DVD, Ipod docking station fully equipped kitchen and outstanding views from its private terrace overlooking the 40m private pool. It also offers an underground car park and concierge 24hrs to assist you with any help you may need.

Beautiful spacious and clean apartment, with stunning views especially the sunsets from the balcony. We loved it, very high quality facilities and furnishings, great location and good communication with Suzi throughout process. We are a family of 4, with 2 teens who loved the pool and nearby beach, not to mention the wifi! The kitchen was well equipped, with an extensive supply of quality bed and bath linens, and the lounge area was very spacious and comfortable. We had a hire car and appreciated the secure on site parking. We had maid service twice during the stay which was great. We had a fantastic holiday, and loved the friendliness of the Bayjan people. Would recommend this property 100%.

AMAZING PLACE!!! The view is incredible, the pool was fantastic, the beach was steps away. The accommodations were perfect - clean, up-to-date, and wonderful layout. We couldn’t have been happier and would definitely return!

We had a fantastic stay, truly a 5-star experience. The place exceeded our expectations and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The ocean views were beautiful, and we loved sitting on the balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea listening to the sound of the waves. The kids loved the huge pool, which was a highlight for them. The apartment was very well stocked with everything you need—it felt like a home away from home. Communication was easy and helpful throughout. Would absolutely stay again!!

Dream Vacation

The condo was amazing!! It had all you can need for cooking and it is very well decorated. The Location was superb, Definitely will recommend this condo to anyone going to Barbados. The view was amazing and the pool was great as well! We all loved it!

We had a fantastic time at Waterside apartments and Suzi was very helpful and always available. The apartment is spacious, well stocked and beautiful with an amazing view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the boats go by with a spectacular sunset. The location is ideal with several restaurants and it’s very walkable. The bus stop is nearby and very easy to use if you want to go to Holetown or Bridgetown. We had gone on a walking tour which I would highly recommend. Waterside has a wonderful group of people working around the clock that are very friendly and helpful. I loved staying here and it’s clean, well equipped and simply beautiful!

Great place with excellent views

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was spacious, decent kitchen, excellent views. Stones throw from a few restaurants or the beach. Bus stop right in front as well. The beds are not super comfortable and can be improved.

Beautiful Apartment

The property is stunning, tastefully decorated and has all mod cons. The balcony overlooks the sea with coconut palms and even bananas if you look by the pool shower. The outside of the apartment is really well maintained with lots of beautiful flowers which attracts hummingbirds. The communal pool was really nice and it enabled us to meet some of the other residents who were so friendly. The road next to the apartment can be a bit noisy at night with traffic but that would not stop us highly recommending this apartment or us staying there again in the future.

Ocean's Escape

Beautiful spacious apartment! Located in a nice area and in the vicinity of restaurants and shopping. Centrally located with easy access to the beaches all along the coast (north & south), as well as the many other fabulous sights to be seen in Barbados. On the days you aren't out sightseeing, everything you need to prepare a meal to enjoy on the balcony is provided. Kitchen is fully stocked with kitchenware and plenty of helpful extras. The relaxing sound of the waves, along with the most glorious, picture perfect sunsets, absolutely makes you feel like you're in paradise! Suzi (the owner) is very helpful and informative. Cheryl (the property manager) communicates in a timely, efficient manner. She is also willing to help with anything you need. Whether it be a car rental, an excursion or the hiring of a personal chef, which we did, and we recommend!! They were both a pleasure to work with. We had a lovely time in this luxurious apartment!

Phenomenal property in a beautiful location.

My partner and I found this place online and I need to say that the pictures do not do this place justice! Our breath was taken away when the door opened! The place is super spacious, welcoming, extremely clean with a spectacular view and a beautiful kitcheb. Suzi is great, the staff at the space is very welcoming and helpful. The location is great with plenty of restaurants around and it's right on the major bus routes. We hope to return and would recommend this to anyone and everyone. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your property!

A little piece of paradise

We stayed at Waterside 304 for two weeks in August. Everything was as described. A great kitchen (we cooked in for almost all meals), wonderful pool, great views. The only downside for me was inaccessibility to the beach because it was quite rocky, however, my husband and son had no problems. Property manager was excellent, our housekeeper was wonderful, and the other staff at Waterside were great.

Great Property

This is a great property. Everything was perfect. Our host was amazing, security was excellent and the property very clean. We went doing the of season and really had the place to ourselves. Everyone was so nice. It was my first visit to Barbados and will not be my last. Thanks to everyone making it a great vacation

Fabulous condo

This condo unit is very spacious and luxurious. Well appointed and beautifully designed and decorated. There are separate quiet and efficient ACs in the 2 bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The condo is very quiet, because of the concrete walls we could not hear any neighbours. The beds don’t jiggle which made for a good sleep. I love cooking and the kitchen is well stocked. One small appliance did not seem to work and Cheryl the Property Manager changed it right away. We had preordered all our groceries online from Massey which was very convenient. The balcony is bigger than expected with the most stunning view right over the pool and the ocean. The owner Suzi was super responsive to all my inquiries. Overall it was a fabulous experience!

Absolutely Perfect!

Our family, 2 adults and two children aged 9 and 12, spent 3 weeks in this beautiful apartment. It is as close to the sea as you can get. Right on the beach. We spent lots of time just sitting on the balcony with a coffee or glass of wine taking in the gorgeous view of the Caribbean sea. As it is west facing, you also have amazing sunsets! There is a 30 meter communal pool which our kids thoroughly enjoyed every evening after a lazy day at the beach. It is perfectly located for Paynes Beach and surrounding areas. There are plenty of good restaurants close by and their is a local beach bar called the Gazeebo right on Paynes beach less than a 5 min walk away which also serves food. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished and decorated with everything you need. It was a spacious home away from home. Suzi is a great host that answered all questions quickly. Cheryl, the onsite property manager, was also excellent. She looked after us during our stay quickly resolving in queries we had and also giving good advice on local services and the covid protocols. It was a pleasure to deal with them both! We would certainly go back in the future and recommend Suzi's apartment to our friends.

Very nice condo on the beach in Payne’s Bay near Sandy Lane and many great restaurants.

The 2 bedroom apartment in this boutique condominium is well appointed, spacious and modern. Cheryl the Property Manager for Suzi was a great help in making sure our stay was perfect. Our pre ordered shopping list was unpacked and refrigerated when we arrived including wine. We took Suzi’s recommendation for a private chef Heather Gill to cook dinner for us 2 nights of our stay. Her meals were spectacular beyond our expectations and rival any of the top restaurants like Cin Cin or Lonestar at a lower price point. The pool abuts the beach and is very well maintained as are the grounds. The beach access from the pool is great and you need only walk down the beach toward Sandy Lane for the best beach and ocean swim. All in all we highly recommend this property and will book it again.

Caribbean Bliss

If you’re looking for a beautiful property right on the beach, Waterside 304 is perfect! The property is exactly as shown. The people are incredibly friendly, and the beach is lovely and not crowded. To visit other towns, just hop on the bus. Wave your hand wherever you are and the yellow bus will stop and pick you up. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Waterside.

Wonderful Family Holiday

The apartment is absolutely beautiful. Spacious for our family of 4, with everything that you could need. Fantastic to have a washing machine and dryer, when you have young children!! The views are just stunning from the balcony, favourite time of day was rum punch on the balcony watching the sun go down. The pool is really big, lots of sun loungers. We had it mainly to ourselves. Access to the beach through the little gate was brilliant. Water Sports available along the beach and lovely walks up and down the beach.Very close to the Cliff Restaurant, we walked there with the children with no problem. The local buses (Reggae Bus) run very frequently, about 5 mins into Holetown where there are shops, bars, Restaurants. Limegrove if you have loads of spare cash!! Big Supermarket and a taxi rank. Outside the apartment building are a couple of local eateries, Karibu, The Roti Den and Big Mango Bar and Grill all serving Bajan food, they all do Take Away as well!!! All really good. We have 2 children 13 & 10 and at no point did we feel uncomfortable wandering around, we met so many lovely friendly people it added to our holiday experience. Kirk the taxi driver also helped us out with visits to The Boatyard and Harrison Cave. We had a brilliant time at this apartment.....
