Very clean property, extremely well-stocked kitchen and bathroom. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Great location for attending a wedding at grand lake lodge as well as easy access to town and Rocky Mountain National Park.

This property was exactly what it advertised. The pictures were accurate. This was a great spot for a weekend trip to Grand Lake. It is in a prime location and the condo complex is quite and well kept. It is an older condo but has been well maintained and updated. It has all the items you need to have a relaxed vacation. The washer and dryer were a god send after so many days on the road. The condo would best be suited for a small family or just a couple. The only hiccup for us was in the instructions for checking out...the trash was to be bagged and taken to the dumpster before leaving, however the dumpster had a pad lock on it and was not accessible. We bagged the garbage and left it inside the door. The weekend we were there was the peak for the Aspens leaf color change...it was a spectacular sight in the park. We would recommend the condo highly.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed - including darling decor. The location was great - just a minute or two (if driving) from main street in Grand Lake and the beach.

Excellent Location for Exploring RMNP

Perfect location for a basecamp to explore RMNP. We saw tons of wildlife, especially moose. Property was clean with easy access to the park and historic Grand Lake.
