Less than 10 minute drive to Alicante airport and a 15 minute drive to the vibrant city of Alicante with its marina, castle, great shops, markets stalls and nightlife. If you don't want to drive there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is also a frequent bus & tram service to take you around the local area, with an frequent bus services to Alicante City, Santa Pola and Torrevieja.

Why they chose this property

Lovely area has it all. Close to the beach, airport, Alicante, Terrevieja, Elche & Santa Pola. All year round tram service in Gran Alacant. Bus service running every half hour and excellent service to Alicante, Santa Pola, Torrevieja nad many more places.

Lots of bars, restaurants in the area to suit all tastes. With plenty of supermarkets: Aldi, Lidl, Mercadona, Consum and Supervalu.

Water activities closeby and lots of Golf Courses all within an hours drive.
