The property consists of the main house and sleeps 14 persons and with adjacent cottage permits further sleeping space for 10 persons. The main house is subdivided in two apartments which is surrounded by 3000 sqm of land which includes vines,olive trees and various fruit trees. Accommodation includes kitchenware, bed linen and towels. Wifi. Ground Floor Apartment : Sant'Agnese – Hosts six persons. Access from porch. Living and dining/kitchen area have vaulted ceilings. Living area equipped with television, reading material. The kitchen is fully equipped with dining table and six chairs, cooker with four burners, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine and all electric appliances. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite with shower. Separate from the house there is a barbecue area, fully equipped with large fireplace and weber. First Floor Apartment : Sant'Angelo – Hosts eight persons with sofa bed and additional bed. This apartment is very luminous. External staircase.
