Villa "Les Paradis" is your family holidays paradise destination, located in the beautiful village of Alvor, where the river meets the sea.
It is a prime location, Sep 500mts away from the beach and mere 150mts distance from the restaurant and commercial area of the village.

For those who enjoy skydiving, the airdrome is 3km away, and if speed is your first choice you can always find something of interest in the Algarve’s International Racetrack which is only 12km distance from the Villa.

Also, don't forget to check on the numerous and luxurious golf courses the Algarve has to offer!

The Villa has a large Dinning and Sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 outdoors terraces, 2 bathrooms (indoor and outdoor with two level's) and a Salt Water Pool with two level's. Parking is made easy with 2 parking spots within the Villa. The Villa is also furnished with all the latest appliances and furniture providing you with all the comfort you may desire. Bring your children with you!

Cleaning and change of sheets / towels weekly included.

Pets are not allowed within the Villa.

Smoking is allowed in the outdoors sections, only.

Long term rental is available.

Safety deposit is payable on entry. Entry hours from 4pm., Departing hours until 10am.

Férias em família.

Espaço acolhedor, numa vila bastante pacata, com boas acessibilidades. Um dos aspectos negativos é o espaço só dispor de uma casa de banho. A casa de banho exterior é de acesso comum, mas felizmente éramos os únicos no espaço, dispondo do uso em exclusivo. Definitivamente um ponto a melhorar. Os gestores do imóvel bastante simpáticos, e prontos a resolver os problemas que se apresentaram durante a estadia. A entrada para o imóvel (para os automóveis), não é muito fácil. Em suma aceitável...

Great location & accommodation

Overall great place, very clean and tidy, everything provided, Some nice touches included too ie welcome pack with small toiletries, fresh fruit, bottle of water and small plate of condiments. Just one recommendation, it would benefit from having a full length mirror maybe in the hallway for the ladies 😊

Logement très propre très bien équipé

Nous avons logé dans le haut de la maison Très bien équipée La rue est passante mais la maison est bien insonorisée et côté piscine cela ne gêne pas Il n’y a plus le baby foot présent sur les photos ( petit regret pour nos enfants qui l’avait vu en photo)

Lovely apartment (few minors points )needing fixed

Lovely modern upstairs apartment , great small swimming pool at back, is next to a busy road, but back area quiet, has secure automatic locked gate at front , issues needing fixed are bath filled with water when having shower, there is no air con in twin bed room very small, more for children . There is a toilet shower ,by swimming pool area which is good , shared with downstairs apartment . Overall lovely but these 2 things let it down ,Jose and Dina and daughter very helpful when said about problems got repaired quickly ,tv didn’t work ,only Portuguese tv by the way , but when at lovely Alvor, we were out a lot ,

Very Nice But Limited Info

The villa is very nice and beautiful. Great location and spacious. However on arrival we were met with a portuguese woman who did not speak english well so fortunately i understand portuguese to translate but my friends would have struggled. She did not give enough info on the villa, where everything is located other than basic, shower, kitchen, bedroom and pool tour . So over time we actually bought items we already had in the villa but was not mentioned. Also there was a miscommunication about the pool and if it is clean or dirty as it didn't look clean. Also we were not told the villa is to share, higher floor and lower, garage floor. So we had other guests sharing the pool, beds and bbq. When they arrived they also didnt expect us... so communication was not good and should be improved.

An almost perfect stay ...

Our biggest issue was that the description suggested TWO bathrooms which was an important criteria to us, but there is only ONE in the duplex and the other is beside the pool and shared with the occupants of the lower half of the duplex . Also disappointed at the ants infestation in the kitchen .

Modern, comfortable apartment

Wonderful property with all mod cons, fixtures and fittings. very good internet connection which suited our teenagers as did the pool, this was a godsend during the last heatwave!, Jose & Dina take great pride in maintaining the grounds and keeping the pool clean. Well worth a visit to this vibrant very family friendly town. The owners are very approachable and willing to help with any queries. Thank you Jose, Dina and Daughter.

Anzeige ist nicht korrekt formuliert

Die Wohnung war schön und die Lage zum Ort perfekt. In der Anzeige steht "Villa" mit 192 qm Wohnfläche. Das ist nicht korrekt, denn die Wohnung selbst hatte höchstens 90qm. Das zweite Bad ist im Prinzip die Toilette mit Dusche neben dem Swimmingpool und wird mit der Familie geteilt, die in der Paterrewohnung Urlaub macht. Durch die falsche Wohnflächenangabe hat man das Gefühl, die Villa zu mieten und nicht nur einen Teil davon.

Owners greeted us on arrival which was good. Villa was as described but needs an additional bathroom as the owners are aware of. All facilities were up to date and all 5 girls loved it.

Vacances en famille !

Maison avec étage qui peut être louée en entier ou séparément (rez-de-chaussée ou étage), la piscine ainsi que le barbecue sont donc communs dans ce dernier cas de figure. Raison pour laquelle j'enlève une petite étoile! Nous avions loué l'étage pour cet été en famille, la maison est moderne, bien équipée, propre. Le plus : sa localisation. Il est possible de tout faire à pied : les courses, balade en ville ou au port d'Alvor... Nous avons passé de superbes vacances!! Merci à Dina et José pour leur accueil et gentillesse.

Buena pero con descripción engañosa

La casa está fenomenal! Pero no me gusta que me engañen. Tiene un baño dentro de la casa. Y la piscina, barbacoa, mesa, sillas de jardin y el otro baño compartido con otra casa.

Escapadela em Família

Foram 4 dias fantásticos em família. A casa tem óptimas condições quer no interior como no exterior onde a piscina fez a delícia dos mais novos (e não só) em dias tão quentes como os que tivemos naquele período. De realçar a simpatia da Dina e do José. Sempre disponíveis para qualquer questão. Quem conhece o Alvor sabe que dificilmente se vai a pé para a Praia, sobretudo com crianças pequenas mas, a casa está a 5 min a pé do centro de Alvor. A casa conta ainda com lugar de estacionamento (2). Normalmente, face ao descrito acima, daria nota máxima. Não é o caso, apenas e só porque sugiro uma melhoria. O ar condicionado existente na sala é francamente insuficiente em dias de calor elevado e os quartos ficam insuportavelmente quentes. Sei que fomos os primeiros "inquilinos" e espero que também nós tenhamos estado à altura da propriedade. Podem ir à confiança. Não se irão arrepender. Nós adorámos.
