Spacious Villa With Private Pool And Panoramic Views Of The Bay And Its Islands

Villa Marcelli is a large and well appointed villa that is ideally suited to family holidays. There is plenty of room for all, plenty to do and stunning views from all rooms, all of which have balconies. The villa has four bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, one on the ground floor, two on the second floor and one on the third floor incorporating a large terrace area with built in marble topped bar and countertop BBQ, its own kitchen, dining area, casual seating and shade canopy. The first floor is one large sitting room with sofas and easy chairs, balconies overlooking the bay, and has a television, DVD player and music centre.

We live in England and have enjoyed holidaying in Kalkan since 2004, buying Villa Marcelli in 2005. For us it is the perfect holiday destination and is particularly loved by our four adult children who regularly take their own groups to the villa.
We purchased Villa Marcelli because it is considerably more spacious than most in the area and has a good balance of sun and shade depending on your preference. You will find it is very well equipped and help is always on hand should you require.
Kalkan is unique, and we are happy to tell you all about it and help you plan your holiday. If it's possible we always like to meet up with visitors to Villa Marcelli so that we can pass on the benefits of our experience.
