The accommodation was good and is in a great location to explore this part of France. The local beach is beautiful with plenty of places to eat nearby Would definitely go again.

Wonderful!

We had a truly wonderful stay at the villa – it fully met (and even exceeded) all of our expectations. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything we needed.The surroundings were peaceful and private, perfect for a relaxing holiday. We especially enjoyed the outdoor space – the terrace, the garden, and the pool area were just perfect.The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was in place for a smooth and comfortable stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect getaway.

Haus war ausreichend groß, ruhige Lage, schöner Pool und Garten. Etwas sehr in die Jahre gekommen und leider seit sehr langem nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt, was wir für den Preis nicht ok fanden.Uns war der Weg zum Strand bei der großen Hitze zu lang, besonders der Rückweg bergauf.Etwas störend fanden wir die Instruktionen des Verwalters Maxime zum check out. Wir wissen wie wir ein Haus verlassen sollten und da es bei Ankunft nur oberflächlich sauber war, fanden wir das überflüssig.

Anja, I wish you had raised your concerns during your 2 week stay instead of a week after your departure - that would have given us a chance to investigate and address any issues. I can assure you that the apartment was thoroughly cleaned at the beginning of the season, including behind sofas and under beds. After each guest the apartment is professionally cleaned and the floors all swept and washed. I have seen the photos taken by our concierge and it looks up to the standard I would expect. I have asked them to check that this standard is reached after each guests stay.

Wir hatten eine phantastischen Urlaub zu sechst in dem tollen Haus von Margaret und John.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und insbesondere die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Ebenso das zweite Badezimmer inkl. Toilette bei so vielen Leuten. Dieses ist draußen angrenzend an die Terrasse. Besonders praktisch ist es, wenn man aus dem Pool kommt und direkt „draußen“ duschen gehen kann. Die meiste Zeit haben wir draußen verbracht. Der Garten ist super schön und ebenso der sehr große Pool. Hier haben wir viele schöne Stunden verbracht.Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend und ist fussläufig zum Strand. Auf dem Hinweg geht es runter, auf dem Rückweg wieder rauf. Aber absolut machbar und gar nicht schlimm. Ebenso zum Baguette Holen und auch zu diversen Restaurants kann man zu Fuß gehen. Zum einem größeren Supermarkt fährt man ca. 15-20 Minuten mit dem Auto.Die Kommunikation vor Ort lief mit Maxime. Er ist sehr nett und jederzeit erreichbar. Sehr unkompliziert. Margaret und John waren „eigentlich“ nicht vor Ort. Wir durften sie trotzdem kennenlernen, da etwas mit der Zeitschaltuhr im Pool nicht stimmte. Sie kamen für 2 Nächte in die Wohnung oben und haben sich gekümmert. Sie sind beide sehr sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns gut mit ihnen verstanden. Fazit: Das Haus ist absolut empfehlenswert und wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank, liebe Margaret und lieber John! Und natürlich Maxime!

Die geräumige Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet (Grill, Toaster, Ofen, Mikrowelle etc.) und liegt im Erdgeschoss eines schönen Hauses, etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuß vom schönen Strand von Pramousquier entfernt. Als Gast hat man Zugang zu einem wunderschönen Garten und natürlich zum Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zugleich diskret. Einziger Nachteil: Das WLAN ist nicht sehr stabil.

Villa au calme avec un jardin exceptionnel

Une jolie villa avec un jardin magnifique dans un environnement calme avec une très belle vue. La région est sublime. Nous avions les vélos ce qui fait que nous avons pu circuler tranquillement. A refaire sans hésiter.

Logement spacieux mais accès mer à pied presque impossible !

Malgré ce qui est annoncé, l’accès à la plage à pied est presque impossible notamment avec des enfants car le logement est situé dans les hauteurs. Autrement, mise à part un sol sale les sanitaires sont propres et logements bien adaptés. Piscine un peu vieillissante avec des planches cassées et vis qui dépassent sur la terrasse. Attention aux pieds des enfants. Très belle vue sur la colline.

Je suis désolé que vous ayez eu du mal à revenir de la plage. C'est certainement à distance de marche pour la plupart des gens - nous le faisons régulièrement nous-mêmes et nous avons 70 ans.

Great place for a family vacation

Beautiful garden, lovely pool and everything you need close by. We enjoyed the pristine beaches in the area but also the many excellent hikes in the Alps as well as a bike trip up the Mont Ventoux. John and Margaret are excellent hosts always ready with a book (which we had forgotten) or helpful advice.

un paradis sur terre

Lieu de villégiature exceptionnel dans un écrin de verdure et de fleurs ou les effluves de jasmin vous accompagnent. Margaret et John nous ont reçu avec tant de gentillesse, ce qui nous à permis de passer de très bons moments, il sont cependant d'une discrétion exemplaire et d’excellent conseil .La région mériterait d'y passer beaucoup plus de temps. Ce séjour fut un enchantement, définitivement nous vous le conseillons.

Erholsamer Urlaub in schönem Haus

Schönes Haus mit eigenem Pool und tollem Garten, unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Vermietet wird das Erdgeschoss. Die Vermieter wohnen im ersten Stock und sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Einziges Manko: Die Stechmücken. Aber das hat man ja oft im Süden. Also am besten Mückenspray einpacken. Zum flach abfallenden schönen Strand Pramousquier läuft man ca. 10 Minuten (relativ steil bergab, d.h. der Rückweg steil bergauf, aber man hat ja Zeit). Einige Restaurants sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Le Lavandou oder St. Tropez. Für uns war es ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

A spacious, well located Apartment.

We had a really lovely stay with John and Margaret and Bentley. The apartment had everything we needed plus an awesome pool. It was in great location, our days were spend wandering to the beach and back. perfect!!

Lovely apartment, awesome views

A lovely apartment, in a very convenient location, just 10 mins walk down to the local restaurants and beach (other beaches accessible by car too). We loved sitting by the pool looking out at the hilly views (the pool was chilly, but necessary in the Sept sun!). Margaret and John, the owners were really helpful with restaurant recommendations and local area tips. We had a great time, and would definitely come back!

Epic place to relax!

We stayed for a long weekend. The apartment has decent sized clean comfortable rooms -all with their own air conditioning - and a big open kitchen/living room area with a couple of sofas and an amazing private patio/garden/pool area where you can sit and enjoy the sun. We walked down to the local beach (about 10 minutes) or took a short drive (5 mins max) to Cavaliere beach where there is windsurfing, sailing, beach bars and some nice shops/local markets. I would highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday in the sun.

Fabulous week in the sunshine

Everything was as stated. A very well equipped and clean apartment with lovely views and a great pool. The local area was fantastic with the gorgeous beach just a short walk away and lovely towns and villages to visit nearby. Local restaurants are all very good.Cycling was also very good with a cycle trail in both directions as far as Le Lavandou and Cavalaire sur Mer. This was suitable for children as the trail is very level being a disused railway line. I would recommend the tourist train to Le Lavandou on Market day, Thursday. Good selection of boats, paddle boards etc on the beach at Cavaliere. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely Apartment in a lovely location

A very clean and confortable apartment with a lovely garden and pool, and a few minutes from the beach in the car or about 10 minutes on foot (longer coming back as it is up hill). The owners were there and were very welcoming. We had a lovely time and will be returning again very soon.
