This fully equipped, 100 m² detached villa boasts a sea view and a 350 m² fully enclosed, tree-lined garden, ideal for families, children, or pets.

Located in the lower part of the village of Rayol, the house enjoys an exceptional location: everything is within walking distance. The beaches are just 50 meters away, and local shops (pharmacy, newsagent, bakery, pastry shop, butcher, supermarket) are only 200 meters away. You can fully enjoy your vacation without having to drive.

For a comfortable stay, Wi-Fi is included, sheets and towels are provided, beds are made upon arrival, and end-of-stay cleaning is included: all you have to do is unpack your bags.
