Perfect family holiday

The villa was perfect for our family holiday - 16 of us ranging from 5 to mid-60s. Plenty of room for everyone and the pool was lovely. Location was good for walking to El Portet or Moraira, although the walk back was steep and we were glad of a car for the supermarket runs! Ruud and Nina were very helpful with all our queries and Nik's paella was amazing!

Summer Holidays!

A group of friends and family visited the Villa in August 2019. We had a great time, the Villa was just what was expected. The local area is fantastic. This place is certainly worth a visit.

Our Stay

We had a lovely time Ruud and his family were very friendly and villa had everything you needed. Only downside was the building works next door the noise wasn’t bad but the dust travels onto the outside areas

Family celebration

We had an amazing time, the villa was amazing everything we hoped for. Ruud was excellent in communicating and even let 2 of our families check out at 7 pm at no extra cost. Highly recommended.

Family holiday

This was our second time at the villa and again we loved it. Layout of the house and garden is great for our group of 16. The bbq area and pool loved by all. Last but not least great host! Ruud, Nina and Nikita thank you for everything you are lovely.

friends

as a group of eight friends we very much enjoyed our stay and got to explore the town and nearby beaches. The villa was lovely as was our host Ruud. There was plenty of space to spread out and a lovely pool and outside area. Would recommend it to any large group as a destination.

Lovely family holiday in lovely villa

The villa was beautifully clean, great for large families, great for all ages. Manager was extremely helpful we had a leak issues late at night which was sorted within half hr. Ruud (owner) very helpful and accommodating. Area is lovely but best to have car. Thank you Ruud

Great property for a large family group

We had a fabulous stay at Los Pinochos. The communication with the host was first class as was all of Ruud’s assistance. If you get the chance ask his son in law to cook you a paella. It was amazing. The villa had everything we needed for a wonderful holiday and we left a few more inflatables and water guns for the pool

Fabulous Villa

I have to say this villa was just perfect for our family of 15, we found Rudd to be an excellent host. Rudd’s son-in-law came and cooked us a Real Spanish Paella which was enjoyed by everyone. The walk to Moraira was a twenty five minute walk. The villa is laid out perfectly for several families..

Large family holiday

A fantastic property for our large family group, ages ranging from 11 to 83. Everyone managed to walk the hill to the nearby beach and also to Moraira. The outdoor spaces were excellent and we never dined indoors. Super pool with plenty of sunbeds. The owners provided a 1st class service. Highly recommended.

Great place for families

The house is a great place for different families, there was 15 of us, 3 different families , each family had their own space. Everything we needed was there. Lots of different outside area’s around the house to sit and chill. The pool was fantastic and the table tennis served as great entertainment for all the family . Bit of a walk to the shops and beach but doable, Taxi’s were cheap but had to wait a while on a few occasions. The beach is quite small but the sea is calm and shallow and we hired the paddle boards and kayaks which the children loved . Overall a great holiday and house highly recommended.

Large functional villa in a wonderful setting

Beautiful family villa, ideal for our large joint family vacation for several generations. Nice and clean. Excellent facilities and outdoor area. The playground is a little worn, but it was almost unnecessary. Excellent location with a very cozy and beautiful local beach. The only drawback to our week was some construction noise from the neighboring plot during the day. This villa is highly recommended!

Superb villa

Superb villa for large family group. As it was Easter we asked for the pool to be heated and this was the highlight for the children. Really need at least one car for the shopping. The only negative I can think of was the walking distance to the lovely beach. The younger members were fine but grandparents found it too steep Overall a brilliant holiday!

Lots of places to hide away. Ruud was an excellent host and replied quickly to questions and was very accomodating. The villa is up a large hill and so a rental car would be ideal. Be aware that the side of the pool tiles are slippy when wet.

Superb Villa. Good location ( if you don't mind a 10 minute hilly walk) lovely views of El Portet.

Well stocked Villa with everything you need, good sized bedrooms, very clean, lovely pool, great to have ping pong table and foosball table to keep the kids (and adults!) happy if the weather's not good. If the slightest thing wasn't perfect Ruud would sort it within hours. Highly recommended.

Great villa for larger groups

We stayed in the villa with 5 families in total, 18 people. The villa was modern, very clean and really well laid out over 3 floors. Lots of entertaining space over different levels mean you can either enjoy or get out of the sun. Pool great, also table football and table tennis, kids (big and little) loved it. About a 15min walk to el Portet beach, and also walkable into Moraira. Ruud was very helpful and the whole process was easy. Would definitely go to this villa again, and also recommend. Great holiday!!

Wonderful

Just arrived home from a wonderful week with family in this beautiful villa. Host Ruud has been so kind and helpful to make our stay perfect. So many terraces to take yourself off to if you need peace and quiet. The Photo of the pool really doesn’t do it justice. It’s a great size for a family. Also ask Nikita to come and cook paella on the terrace for you. It was so delicious! Thank you Ruud and family for allowing us to stay in your lovely villa. We definitely hope to return.
