Mid-century furnished villa-style condo nestled in a truly tranquil and lush landscaped oasis. This fully furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom living space provides a comfortable and stylish 'home away from home'.

Upon entry of the gated and charming Villa property, you will be greeted by a beautifully landscaped ground with a courtyard-style heated pool and jacuzzi at the heart of an intimate enclave of 30 small villas. Abundant citrus trees and tall willowy palm trees are planted throughout the property with a breathtaking view of the San Jacinto mountain range.

The property has a hardwood floor in the living room and dining areas with mid-century decor. The main bedroom, with an ensuite bathroom, is furnished with a king-size bed and double closets. The guest room features a queen-size bed with ample closet space. The kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for all your culinary and entertainment needs. Full size washer and dryer are available. Complimentary wireless internet, television cable, luxury linens, and parking spaces.

Do a general clean-up—throw away trash, wash or load any used dishes, and put things back where they were. Remove all groceries or leftovers, including perishables and non-perishables foods.
Close and lock all windows and doors, including side and back entrances. Turn off all lights. Put provided house keys, mailbox key, and parking placards on the kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are not allowed anywhere inside the premises or private patio areas.
Furniture on the premises are true mid-century pieces, rearranging large furniture are not allowed as actual items or parts are not replaceable.

Calm and Peaceful Mid Century Villa

My wife and I stayed for the month of January. The Villa is spacious and well-appointed with all essentials. The grounds were well kept with easy access to the pool and hot tub. The neighbors were friendly. We could walk to the Ralphs and CVS which was very convenient. There were an abundance of the most delicious oranges and lemons that could be picked from the trees on the property. The mountains views were fantastic. A cleaner came in the middle of January which was very nice. Dat was very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend this mid-century furnished villa if you want a peaceful setting that is close to downtown.

Wonderful unit in a beautiful, quiet complex

My husband and I have thoroughly enjoyed each of our stays at The Odile. The unit is immaculately maintained and very well equipped with anything you would need. The owners are very responsive in case a problem arises. There are a number of citrus trees on the grounds of Villa Riviera, and it is centrally located for getting around town either by bicycle or car. We highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful, peaceful enclave in central Palm Springs

Lovely, well-equipped unit in a well-maintained mid-century HOA. With a beautiful shared pool and spa and two private patios, we spent two comfortable months there enjoying everything Palm Springs has to offer. An added benefit was that we were able to walk to classes aat the Mizell Senior Center, as well as to the Palm Springs community pool, farmer's market, and Camelot Theater. We can't wait to return next year.

Perfect Palm Springs Retreat

I just had a perfect January 2018 month stay here at Odile Mid Century Retreat in Palm Springs. It was comfortable, clean, and with every room beautifully decorated. It is a well cared for unit on the inside and outside. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you would need. Actually the whole unit has everything you would need. This is the first time I stayed here and loved it so much I've made a reservation for the month of January 2019. Besides being a wonderful unit inside it is also great on the exterior. The unit has a lot of light and a wonderful landscaped view out of every window. The complex is centrally located in Palm Springs , and the grounds beautifully kept. I loved sitting on the unit's private patio or at the complex's pool. The unit itself is well located inside the complex and nice and quiet. The owners were very friendly and helpful. I recommend staying here to anyone!
